Very nice house, completely renovated in 2017, quiet area, ideally located opposite the beach (50m on foot), close to shops and the fishing port of Guilvinec, you will enjoy a small sea view upstairs.
The house has 3 bedrooms. On the ground floor large living room (kitchen, dining-room, living room), master bedroom (160 bed and private bathroom), and separate WC. You will find upstairs 2 bedrooms (one bedroom with double bed 140 and the second 2 beds 90) and a bright bathroom with WC.
The house is equipped with flat screen TV, WIFI internet, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave ...), washing machine.
Outside: enclosed plot of 150 m2 with beautiful sheltered terrace (lounge and dining area with barbecue), facing south, and private parking spaces.

Excellent séjour. L'hébergement est de grande qualité (décoration, aménagements, literie...). Nous avons été très bien accueillis par l'hôte. La proximité de la plage et des différents sites de visite a facilité nos déplacements. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Maison très bien située par sa proximité avec les plages, avec 3 belles chambres bien équipées de rangements et un grand séjour. Tout a été parfait, si ce n'est un petit bémol concernant les quantités de verres et couverts. Un réajustement nous semble souhaitable... Un hote très disponible lorsque nous en avions besoin... Nous recommandons vraiment cette maison pour passer d'agréables vacances au Guilvinec!

Très bon accueil de M. Le Coz . L'emplacement est idéal à l'entrée de la commune ; très calme et à quelques encablures de la mer . La maison est très bien équipée à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur . Les volumes des pièces sont parfaits . C'est très lumineux . Je recommande sans hésitation.

Schönes Haus in toller Lage zum Strand
Sehr schönes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus in Fussnähe zu einem sehr schönen Badestrand. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für sportliche Aktivitäten (Surfen in la Torche, Radfahren, toller Wanderweg an der Küste entlang). Ortsmitte mit dem Fahrrad in ca 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Sehr netter und freundlicher Vermieter. Wir haben 2 tolle Wochen verbracht und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes kleines Haus in Strandnähe
Sehr schönes Haus, nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt. Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder und einen großen Küchen-Eß-Wohnbereich. Alles nicht sehr groß, aber absolut ausreichend und liebevoll, mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Der kleine Innenhof ist von einem Zaun umgeben und damit nicht einsehbar. Trotz der Nähe zur Straße ist das Haus ruhig gelegen. Das Zentrum von Le Guilvinec ist in ca. 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und bietet diverse kleine Geschäfte. Der Vermieter des Hauses ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen!

Kleines Haus in der Nähe des Strandes
Ein wunderbar zuvorkommender Vermieter, der mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht und ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus in der Nähe des Strandes haben mir einen Traumurlaub beschert. Das Haus liegt etwa 2-3 Autominuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Sehr leicht mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Im Ort finden sich kleine Geschäfte (auch ein kleiner Supermarkt; gegebenüber ein Bäcker), Bars und einige gute Restaurants. Das Haus selbst bietet drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder. Alles nicht riesengroß, aber absolut ausreichend. Der Wohnraum bietet genug Platz - auch für eine Familie. Die Küche verfügt über Backofen, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Induktionsfeld, Kaffeemaschine, Gefrierfach, Kühlschrank und alle möglichen Kochutensilien/Geschirr etc. Denkt daran, Geschirrtücher und Handtücher mitzubringen. Auf Wunsch sind die Betten bei Ankunft bezogen (gegen Aufpreis). Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Der Innenhof ist geschützt (durch einen Holzzaun eigentlich nicht einsehbar) und verfügt über eine Polyrattan-Sitzgruppe sowie Esstisch und Stühle. Auch drei Liegestühle sowie ein BBQ sind vorhanden (Sonnenschirm ebenso). Ein Wasserschlauch bietet die Möglichkeit, die Fahrräder nach der Radtour vom Sand zu befreien. Sehr praktisch. Nachts schläft man ruhig und hört das Meer rauschen. Der Meerblick ist von den oberen Fenstern aus vorhanden, aber nur ein kleiner Ausschnitt. Je nach Wetterlage riechen die Algen am Strand ein bisschen. Mich hat das aber nicht gestört. Guilvinec ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Radwege führen direkt am Meer vorbei. Danke, lieber Herr Le Coz für einen wunderbaren Urlaub.

Sehr netter Vermieter
Wir wurden persönlich begrüßt und uns wurde alles gezeigt. Der Vermieter war wirklich unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sogar eine Flasche Cidre und Kekse lagen für uns bereit. Das Haus war wie beschrieben und alles nötige war in guter Qualität vorhanden. Leider war die Kinderfreundlichkeit nicht unbedingt so wie wir sie uns vorgestellt haben. Die Waschbecken waren unglaublich hoch und für meinen Dreijährigen selbst mit Hocker schwer erreichbar. Die Becken waren auch nur mit Überschwemmungen zu benutzen. D.h. Dauernd müsste man nach wischen da alles auf schwarzem Grund steht. Aber alles noch gut und gar kein Grund zur Klage. Wirklich gestört hat uns der penetrante Gestank nach Kloake. Er kam in unregelmäßigen Abständen und war so stark, dass wir davon sogar nachts aufgewacht sind. Lüften oder draußen sitzen war deshalb nur bedingt möglich. Wir vermuten des es von den vielen verrottenden Algen am nahen Strand kam. Diese waren leider so zahlreich und hoch geschwemmt, das mein Dreijähriger nicht das Meer sehen konnte. Das war wirklich ein fetter Minuspunkt. Aber vielleicht 3 min mit dem Auto war ein Strand der begehbar war. Die Touristen Info meinte das sei halt Natur. Der Vermieter hatte so etwas noch nicht erlebt. Uns war es zu viel und wir sind eine Woche früher abgereist. Nervig war außerdem, dass der Bäcker sehr weit weg war und morgens war es uns zu weit zum Laufen. Dafür waren alle Waren frisch und unglaublich lecker. Supermarkt direkt gegenüber. Das Haus, die Lage und der Vermieter wirklich top. Das Meer und der Strand hat uns enttäuscht.

Es ist ein toll renoviertes Haus, in direkter Nähe zum Strand. Der kleine Garten/Innenhof ist liebevoll gestaltet und sehr windgeschützt. Die Straße ist durch den neuen Holzzaun kaum zu hören und man hat so einen sehr privaten Bereich. Der angrenzende Ort hat viel zu bieten und die stattfindenden Märkte boten eine große Auswahl. Der super Surfstrand in La Torche ist schnell erreicht. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche und werden sicher wiederkommen.

Urlaub 2019
Ein sehr schönes Haus mit allem was man braucht. Wir waren zu viert und hatten ausreichend Platz. Ausstattung war top und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Hatten von Anfang an einen sehr guten Kontakt, alle Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Die Lage war prima, sehr ruhig. Strandnah, so dass man Abends den Sonnenuntergang genießen konnte. Wir können das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen. War ein toller Urlaub 😄

Sehr schöne Lage, sehr schönes Haus
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön renoviert, es fehlte an nichts. In 15 Minuten ist man am Wasser entlang in der Innenstadt und hat den schönsten Spaziergang gemacht. Vielen Dank an Herrn Le Coz dafür, dass er immer ansprechbar, sehr hilfsbereit und überaus freundlich war.

Tolles Häuschen, tolle Lage, netter Vermieter!
Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, bzw. wie die Fotos zeigen! In ein paar Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand; und obwohl das Haus nah an einer Straße liegt, stört kein Verkehrslärm! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist unkompliziert! Einziger "Negativpunkt" war nur der etwas entfernte Bäcker. Außerdem hätten wir gerne einen Wasserkocher gehabt - aber es ging auch mit dem Topf ganz gut. Ansonsten super ausgestattete Unterkunft! Wir kommen wieder!

Maison récemment rénovée avec goût, agréable, fonctionnelle et très bien placée.
Séjour magnifique. La maison est très bien située, à deux pas de la plage et du centre nautique, cinq minutes à vélo du centre de Guilvinec (la location de vélos est idéale vu la situation, piste cyclable sur trottoir devant la maison). Le petit jardin est agréablement aménagé. Bien qu'à proximité de la route, le lieu est très calme. Accueil très agréable par le propriétaire. Le Guilvinec est un village de pêche charmant qui séduira particulièrement les amateurs de poisson.
