• Stand-alone home, 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Floor plan is in the pics to get a feel for the flow
• Beds are made with 1500 thread count sheets. You drive up, unload, and start enjoying your guests, No beds to make!
• Outdoor shower is not just for rinsing off the sand. Hot and cold water expands your showers to 4.
• Both a coffee pot and a 1 cup Keurig coffee maker for the few and the many. Bring your favorite brew
• Ninja Blender for those beach drinks you have been dreaming about
• Super well stocked kitchen from the huge shrimp boil pot to the boiling eggs size and everything in between, leave yours at home
• Casserole baking dishes, utensils, plates, and glasses for all. And a dishwasher that runs like a charm so you don’t have to worry!
• Flat electric griddle for those special dinners, in addition to the stove, microwave and Weber charcoal grill in the shed
• Full fridge and freezer in the kitchen and a small under-counter fridge upstairs in the wet-bar
• TVs in every bedroom and great room (5 in all) for streaming; very fast internet for further entertainment or work
• Side table in the living room for puzzles that keep you part of the crowd but removed for puzzling
• Gates are installed on both first-floor porches, top of the inside second-floor stairs as well as a gate to set up at the foot of the inside stairs to keep little explorers where you can see them
• Tide Clock by the front door to alert you to the best times for beach combing (falling tide) and for sand castle building
• 2 adult cruiser bicycles, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach toys for digging and sand castle making, beach pull-cart to get everything to and from the beach
• Comfortable gathering spots on the upper back porch (overlooking the ocean), the upper front porch (overlooking the Intercoastal Waterway and Marsh), on the first-floor back porch for lunches and breakfasts, the first-floor front porch to watch the world go by and the hammock and outdoor gathering spot on the ground floor under the house for more intimate chats and to catch those magical breezes.
