Family getaway

My daughter had 1 week off from med school this summer and wanted to go to the beach and relax. Sea Joy was the perfect spot. Just steps from the pool and beach. We enjoyed our stay and Stephanie was a wonderful VRBO host. She was always quick to respond to questions. The cottage is clean and inviting. Would highly recommend!

Surprise trip

This was a surprise trip for my husband who was recently diagnosed with colon cancer. My daughter rented a nearby property and she was married in a private ceremony. The surprise and joy on my husband’s face was everything to us! The property was well maintained and clean. We enjoyed the amenities of the complex but also the privacy of being in a house. The check in and check out process was easy, and communication with Stephanie was always timely. We hope to return in the fall and would definitely stay again!!

Perfect beach getaway

This was our 3rd time staying here, and I’m sure we will be back for a fourth time next year! We love how with this beach house you get the whole house to yourself and are a quick walk to the beach and pool! It’s in the absolute perfect location, well equipped, and you can bring your pets too!!! The beach service (2 chairs and an umbrella already set up) is such a great perk that’s included with this property!

Everything was as advertised and just as other reviewers noted. Stephanie the owner was fast to answer any questions. The Beach service was great and we used the beach wagon to take the beach chairs provided at the house so everyone had a chair!

The property is in an excellent location, with a short walk to the beach and plenty if retail stores nearby. We have stayed with the same hosts in another property, and they keep their units clean and well-equipped. Stephanie is very responsive to any communications. We will definitely stay with them again!

Perfect Beach House

We had a wonderful time! My daughter and I were beyond impressed with the clean floors, bed linens and bath towels. It smelled and felt very clean and comfortable. I normally don’t message a host, but Stephanie was sweet and helpful with our questions about restaurants in the area! We would love to stay in this house when we come back to our favorite beach! The complimentary chairs and umbrella are wonderful!! Thank you for letting us stay in your beach house!! We think it’s perfect!

Peaceful stay in beach community

Great location. Friendly neighbors. Short walk to beach. Excellent pool. Ideal setup in kitchen and living room. Small place but cozy and near Whole Foods and restaurants. Gated neighborhood though DoorDash no problem. Really enjoyed the boardwalk by the beach.

House was clean, the owner responsive, the property is just as described. It is a short, easy walk to the beach and the cart and extra chairs provided are very helpful. The beach service of two chairs and an umbrella is great and borderline necessary. We had a fantastic stay and will certainly look to rent the same house again at some point.

beautiful place!

The House was wonderful! it was crisp and clean and updated. Tile floors were great with kids to not stress about cleaning up after ourselves each meal, all bedrooms and bed were great and gave us plenty of space! The neighborhood was clean and manicured, nicely lit with easy sidewalks to walk our dog. There are a lot of rentals in the neighborhood but it still gives off a nice neighborhood vibe. The beach was SO close, honestly not a hard walk at all with 4 young kids, the brisk walk back to the house gave us a chance to make sure we had shaken off any extra sand. Stephanie was always prompt and polite with any questions I had. If you are unsure go ahead and book this house!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Everything from check in to check out was perfect. The house was clean, chairs and sand toys available, the beach was just a short distance away, and nice to have to the pool close. We will definitely be staying again in the future!
