This is a recently renovated mid-century home in Fullerton, just 5 miles/13 minutes from Disneyland! This neighborhood is quaint and cute and peaceful! 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a backyard deck with a lovely hillside view of palms, greenery and of Fullerton. 2 bedrooms that have a King bed (pack and play baby bed also available), 1 bedroom with 2 double beds (2 adults or 4 kids), and 1 bedroom with a Queen bed. 1 bathroom has a lovely glass and tile shower, and the other bathroom has a tub/shower combo with a partial glass enclosure. No pets, NO SMOKING of any kind inside or outside (including no marijuana and no cigarette butts anywhere in the yards), no parties or "events" or group gatherings with extra guests. Guests can only rent if their group will not be playing loud music that can be heard outside the house or have lots of cars (or revving of vehicle engines) and/or extra people coming and going at various hours especially late at night, and there would not be more than 3 cars parked at the house (please bring no more than 3 in driveway, but not any on the street overnight, and NONE in front of any neighbors’ houses). No public drinking in the yard and street or loud voices out and around the house including in the back, and no nudity or scantily clad people in the front or back yards where neighbors may view. Sorry to have to be strict about this, but this is a quiet family neighborhood and we really can’t have neighbors upset about guests. Please respect the peacefulness of the neighborhood and do nothing that would disturb neighbors. Quiet time after 9 p.m. please. Some deposit money may need to be kept if rules are violated or we get any complaints from neighbors. There are exterior security cameras in the yards and also in garage where storage items are. Please be aware that the cleaning fee is a basic standard fee and if the cleaning person is required to spend far more than the usual time cleaning due to the condition of the house after guest departure, then the extra cost for extra time cleaning may need to be deducted from the refundable deposit. We ask guests to please keep the premises (inside of house and outside in the yards) clean and please put all trash in the provided receptacles or in the labeled trash bin on the right side of the house. If rearranging of furniture is desired, please contact us to ask for permission, and/or return everything to its proper original place before your departure. Also, if the guest has time and is willing to launder or start to launder their linens (towels and sheets) before departure, it would greatly help the housekeeper in getting the house ready for the next guests, and will help to keep cleaning costs down. Trash pickup day is Thursday, so if you are staying there on a Thursday morning, please place the bins fron the side yard onto the curb area with all your household trash (and separate bin for recycling) that's been accumulated. (Holidays may delay pickup by one day.) Please replace the bins after trash has been picked up by the trucks, if you are still staying at the house at that time. Thank you.
