This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom golf course view suite with lanai, located on the top floor, features a large master bedroom with a king-size bed and bathroom with a free-standing shower and separate soaking tub. The second bedroom is furnished with two double beds and bathroom with a standing shower. A generous living room includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, full kitchen with rice steamer, and washer/dryer. The suite also features an HD cable TV with DVD player.

Beautiful Condo and Resort

Condo had everything we needed and there was plenty of room for our family of four! Resort was gorgeous and in a good location to restaurants, shopping etc. Richard was very responsive to all my communication and a pleasure to work with.

Beautiful living space, great location!

We enjoyed a wonderful week in Waikoloa. We took advantage of the beautiful pools and the yoga classes offered on the property. The condo was well appointed and we would definitely stay here again!

Property was very high quality and provided access to all of Hilton Grand Vacation Waikoloa Village complex amenities. Host was very communicative and helpful coordinating his and another property for other family members also traveling with us. Would definitely rent from this host again!!

Perfect getaway

Great Vacation!

Our family had a wonderful time and the condo was great! We were concerned about traveling during this time so we brought along cleaning supplies prepared to wipe down everything before we unpacked, but we didn't need to! My husband and I kept commenting on how clean the property was...every surface! That was important to us and gave us the peace of mind we need to relax. The location was great! The staff was great and texted with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. My son really enjoyed the resident cats at the property. He was sad to say good-bye on our last day. Richard sent us an "island tip list" that we referred to regularly during our trip. He had great suggestions! Overall, we were disappointed we didn't book 2 weeks instead of 1. We hope to come back soon!

King's Land in Waikoloa - great location - great pool areas

Condo overlooking golf course was great and the pool area, second to none. If you're a golfer, great golf rates at the Waikoloa Beach and Kings courses. The owner was very responsive and had great suggestions.
