New house of 100 m2 4 minutes from the beach (14 minutes by bike) and the train station. Ideal for successful family holidays 6/8 people.

Large enclosed garden you will find a giant trampoline, table tennis and canoeing and 5 bicycles 3 adults and 2 children depending on availability.

First floor a room of a parental room with private bathroom.
3 children's rooms with bunk beds, a bathroom with separate toilets.
