Beautiful house of 170m2 in the heart of the village of Saint Julien-en-Born in the area of Les Landes.
Set back from a quiet street and peacefull, it is located in the center of a large opened landscaped garden of 1/2ha. It will welcome your children of all ages who will be able to enjoy the house's outdoors safely.

This spacious house will offer you all the comfort necessary for a relaxing holiday with family or friends, between nature and ocean. It comprises 5 bedrooms (1 with 2 beds of 140cm), 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a laundry room, a covered terrace with barbecue.

It is located 8km away from the beautiful beaches of Contis, 100m from a cycle lane leading to the ocean and on the edge of the "landaise" forest; what promises beautiful walks in full nature!
The shops (bakeries, butcher, grocery, restaurant, bike rental, spa) are accessible at 2 mn by walk. The village also has a supermarket nearby (500m in Saint Julien-en-Born and 5km in Lit-et-Mixe). A doctor's office and a pharmacy are about 500m away.

The supervised beach in summer time is accessible by bike in 30 minutes by the cycle lane (on a flat path) and by free shuttle during the day (in summer).

The house must be cleaned before leaving. We can provide the housework if discussed before booking.
Linen is not provided.
The weekly rentals are running from Saturday afternoon 15:00 to the following Saturday 10:00 am.
A refundable deposit of 600€ has to be provided at the start of your stay.

Large house in st julian en born
It was all as described . A robust , spacious 5 bedroomed house. Well equipped in the kitchen . Not fancy and very basic bathrooms but loads of room for our family of 4 generations. The outside area is lovely and spacious and quite private. Large outdoor table where we spent most of our time. 15 min drive to coast or 40 min cycle.nice quiet town.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, die Lage perfekt. Leider lässt die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig und das Haus wirkt etwas vernachlässigt. Wenn es mein Haus wäre würde ich es total überholen und die vielen Plastikmöbel entsorgen und durch eine geschmackvollere Einrichtung ersetzen.

Premières vacances dans les Landes réussies
La maison est très spacieuse pour 10 personnes, les propriétaires très accueillants et les extérieurs parfaits pour se détendre en famille. St Julien en Born offre toutes les commodités à quelques minutes à pied de la maison. Je recommande la location de vélos notamment pour rejoindre la plage de Contis et son superbe phare. A refaire pour mieux visiter les environs, si possible avec un peu plus de soleil qu'en 2020 !

Les +: maison agréable, très bonne literie, grande terrasse couverte, espace herboré pour les enfants, proximité des commerces, d'activités pour les ados, de la plage ( 10km environ), pistes cyclables. Les -: voisins, ( qu'on ne voit pas sur les photos, peur des les déranger), propreté du logement passable. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de ce séjour avec une propriétaire agréable, une maison bien situé par rapport aux services dont on a besoin.

Excellent séjour dans cette grande maison entourée d'un beau parc. Très bien accueillis par le propriétaire, adultes comme enfants y ont parfaitement trouvé leur compte. La situation de Saint Julien permet de profiter à la fois des joies de la campagne et des belles plages de l'océan. Expérience à renouveler.

Familienurlaub in den Landes
Wunderbares und geräumiges, typisches landaisisches Haus. Für einen Aufenthalt mit bis zu 8 Personen gut ausgestattet. Alle Zimmer haben bequeme 1,40 m Betten mit je einer großen Bettdecke pro Bett (wichtig für die mitzubringenden Bettbezüge!). Schöne überdachte Terrasse mit großem Tisch und Gasgrill. Das Haus ist ruhig und doch zentral gelegen in einem traumhaften, großen Garten und fußläufig zum Ortskern. Fahrradverleih direkt im Ort, genauso wie Bäcker, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und der regelmäßige Wochenmarkt. Laurent ist als Vermieter sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Agréable maison, au calme et bien située.
Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour à Saint Julien . Les propriétaires ont été très accueillants, et toujours disponibles. La maison est grande, fonctionnelle, et au calme. Situé à 10 minutes environ de la plage de Contis (mer assez dangereuse pour des enfants en bas age, mais plage très agréable). Toutes commodités à proximité dans le village. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !
