Pleasant T3 of 76 m2 located district Park Bertault in Ajaccio, at the beginning of the road of bloodthirsty.
It is composed of :
2 bedrooms, 1 fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and washing machine), 1 nice living room with fireplace, 1 bathroom with Italian shower and a terrace with sea view on which it is possible to eat.
The Trottel beach is 50m away and the city center only 20 minutes walk (or 5 minutes by bus).
All shops nearby including a supermarket.
4th floor without elevator.
Arrival from 17h maximum departure 11h with possible arrangement if the apartment is not rented the day before or the next day.
The apartment is non smoking and we respect the neighborhood.
Possibility to park for free in the parking lot of the building.
No wifi.
