Particulier offers a beautiful, very bright 3-room apartment of 63 m2, on the 3rd and last floor in a secure building with intercom in the Foncillon district, 400 meters from the beach and the town center. You therefore have no one above you and benefit from a closed room on the ground floor for bikes, beach equipment, stroller or other.

Séjour agréable. Très bien placé près du centre ville et de la plage. Seul soucis nous n avions pas la clé du local poubelle.

Appartement proche de la plage et du centre ville donc idéalement placé. Très lumineux, superbe vue sur l’océan. Petites choses à revoir sur la cuvette des toilettes qui est abîmé et pas de table de chevet dans la chambre avec le grand lit. Je recommande vivement cette appartement ☺️☺️😊

We had a wonderful leisurely visit in Royan. invigorating boat tour . Notre Dame was stunning .
Benjamin was very conscientious and timely with his emails. Isabella was so helpful and met us at the flat when we arrived earlier than scheduled . She met us and was available throughout our stay. She also kindly took us to the train station after our stay. The flat was crisp, clean and had beautiful views of the seaside and Notre Dame. The flat is on the third floor, up three flights of stairs. Just be aware if you have lots of luggage and have difficulty climbing steps. I highly recommend Benjamin's flat. The location was superb, we were very comfortable. I would certainly stay there again. Thanks Benjamin!

Spacieux, lumineux et bien situé.
Excellent accueil par Isabelle qui a su nous donner de précieux conseils. Il manquait la bouteille de vin comme promis dans le commentaire de bienvenue du propriétaire. Appartement conforme aux photos, bien équipé, spacieux, lumineux et idéalement situé. Propriétaire honnête.
