Relax in luxury at this beautiful, Gulf-facing condo in the gated community of Tops'l Tides! This beach retreat provides plenty of space and privacy for a family or several couples, offering elegant furnishings, stainless steel appliances, and a large private balcony that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy shared access to two heated bi-level pools, outdoor tennis courts, and a magnificent stretch of white-sand beach!

The Gulf beach is a short walk from this condo, and the large sundeck surrounding the two pools is the perfect place to luxuriate in the Florida sunshine. Children and parents alike will love the kiddie pool and the children’s club (which offers a wide variety of activities for a fee) as well. Grand Boulevard is approximately one mile north, offering both casual and upscale dining and a variety of shopping options.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great View /Outdated decor and furniture
Honestly, the best and only memorable thing about this unit was the view. Other than that, it was outdated and desperately needs a paint job and tub/shower replacements in both bathrooms. The dishwasher also needs to be replaced.

You know what they say: location, location, location! This condo had a fabulous view and we loved being able to see the Gulf and the pools from the patio, and from the living area and bedroom, too. The inside was lovely as well, and had comfortable furniture, beds, and a nice layout. I especially enjoyed the chickens in the decor. It was super clean, and that's saying something because I'm a little neurotic. :) The only issues we had were that the master bed didn't have a mattress pad on it, the shower floor needed a good scrubbing with bleach, the dryer has some serious issues (squeaking, and not particularly effective), and one of the kitchen knobs needs to be replaced or glued on. Everything else was perfect, and we loved our stay. Thanks so much!!

Family Vacation
I brought my two teens for summer vacation. We had a great time. We loved the view, the convenience of being on the beach and the pool was great. The condo was great, a little outdated on a few things. I think it could be maintained better for the price. I’m a property manager so I notice these things. This is our second year coming to Miramar Beach. Last year we stayed at a more friendly place. There were several teens at this place making fun of kids and other teens. My kids were made fun of right in front of me and I did call the front office but they told me to report it to security. We never found security to report it to. Another mom had the same issue. We still made the most of our vacation and had a great time.

Everything was great
Everything was great at this resort. Loved the beach access, the view, the balcony etc!! Only thing missing was no beach chairs in the room as most places I rent have them to avoid the costs of renting daily. I went and bought 2 just so I would not have to rent them and luckily just fit them in my car for my return home. A little maintenance needs to be done on the condo such as fixing the doors on the closets and the washer broke first time we tried using it but Vacasa jumped into action when we reported and gave us another unit to go into to use the washer and they were already replacing the one in the unit we rented for the next guest. Overall a great stay and really glad I chose it.

Wonderful!
Our wedding was this weekend and we rented this room for our honeymoon suite and for my bridesmaid’s to get ready in! It was amazing! The natural lighting, views, and pictures for getting ready were perfect! Also, I had left a few sentimental items, and the owners replied back immediately and were very helpful!

Great view very nice unit!
Pros: The view was amazing and the unit was very nicely decorated and furnished. The master suite and guest bedroom were both very nice. We enjoyed the unit and would definitely stay again. Cons: The sofa sleeper mattress was flat and one mattress in the guest room dipped in the middle. The floors needed to be mopped and caused dirty feet. The garbage disposal did not work. We love the Topsl resort and this was our fifth time staying.

The Tops'L resort is very nice. You have a wonderful beach area, plus pools and a great tikki bar with excellent food. The condo is your choice and you get what you pay for. The location is good for it has several nice restaurants near, grocery stores and shopping centers. I would highly recommend the resort.

Love this place!

Beautiful view, great amenities
We come to Destin every year and Tops’l Tides has been one of the favorite places we have stayed! The unit was clean and in good condition- and the ocean view is absolutely beautiful! The amenities are very convenient- two pools, a bar and restaurant all on property- as well as fun activities for the kids. Would highly recommend the resort and this unit.
