Gorgeous new-built and luxury apartment with a large terrace and an amazing view in front of the sea, it is like a dream! Come and enjoy the tranquillity of the holiday home, take a real romantic and relaxing feeling. Few minutes from the beach, shops, downtown, restaurants and so on.

The luxury apartment is new-built, and located in the historic center of Tropea, overlooking unbelievable views of Tropea with an amazing and panoramic view on the church of S. Maria of Island. In a few step, you can arrive to the nearest beach.

The neighborhood where the property is located in downtown, in a few meters you can find the International Pharmacy, some food stores for buying famous red onions of Tropea, calabrian salamis, nduja of Spilinga, cheeses of Monto Poro, everything is near historical center, shops, bars, restaurants and the staircase that leading to the beaches and to the Port of Tropea, even the train station is few minutes of walking.

Einfach traumhaft schön

Der riesige Obstkorb, die tolle Ausstattung. Wir haben uns so unbeschreiblich wohl gefühlt. So eine tolle Unterkunft haben wir noch nie gehabt. Wir sind erst um Mitternacht angekommen und Alexei hat sich trotzdem noch super gekümmert. Wir wurden von ihm sehr herzlich aufgenommen. Am letzten Tag durften wir sogar länger bleiben, weil unser Flug erst so spät ging. Ansonsten kann ich alle anderen Bewertungen nur bestätigen.

Look no further! Pick this place!

The pictures online do not do this place justice! When you enter into the front door you are immediately drawn towards a stunning view through a large picture window overlooking the sea and the Sanctuary of Santa Maria dell Isola! Alexei and his father had a large fruit Basket, local bakery sweets and Prosecco as a generous gift for us as well as coffee and other various drinks in the refrigerator! He gave us a tour of the apartment as well briefing us on the city, things to do, and restaurant recommendations! He and his father are fabulous hosts! The apartment is well appointed! It has a beautiful patio that overlooks the sea as well. We spent many hours on this porch especially during sunset! The beach is a short distance down hill, there are stairs to climb however Alexei will inform you of nearby stairs that are very doable to gain access to the beach where you can rent chairs and have a wonderful lunch! I would highly recommend renting a boat through sea gate while you are there! You can do a self tour of the coast and see some amazing sites! They are located at the marina, they also offer guided tours if you don’t feel comfortable driving, some wonderful snorkeling spots in and around Tropea! Alexei was very reachable through WhatsApp. And very helpful whenever we had a question. This is a fabulous place to stay! Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

Bright, Gorgeous, Stunning Views, & Perfect Location!

This apartment was the best one we’ve ever stayed in on our Europe travels, and we’ve stayed in close to 100. Views: 180 degree view of the incredible coast and beach below. It is the best view in town and has the largest windows and terrace from which to stare at the sea and the perfect sunsets every night. Apartment: Sparkling clean and updated. The shower has a large rain shower, which I’ve never seen in a rental apartment. Kitchen is completely outfitted, beds are comfortable, there is a clothes washer, the WiFi is strong, and everything is in excellent working order and spotlessly clean. Location: The best location you can get. 5 min walk to the beach. 2 min walk into the historic center. Stores and bars and restaurants right outside your door. Host: Alexei is the most gracious and kindest host you’ll ever encounter. He met us on check-in and gave us excellent recommendations (take him up on his restaurant recommendations!). He kindly provided a fridge stocked with waters, juices, milk, and Prosecco! And, he gave us a giant bowl of fresh fruit. Alexei is incredibly generous with his time and knowledge of Tropea and genuinely wants you to have a great time as a visitor to be treated as a “local.” We cannot say enough great things about amazing Alexei, this sparkly and stunning apartment, and our new favorite Italian town Tropea. All we can say is “Go to Tropea and stay in this apartment!” We plan to return for sure!

Superb apartment

Bela Tropea apartment is amazing. Alex our host met us on arrival and was always available and so helpful. Everything about this apartment was perfect, exceptionally well equipped and beautifully decorated with very welcome fruit, wine and other food on our arrival. Best of all the amazing views from living room and huge terrace. Tropea is a beautiful place. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I stayed in this gorgeous apartment, fully renovated, with absolutely enchanting views, for three nights in June 2018. Alexei, the owner, went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Everything about this property was super fabulous - from the cleanliness, the accommodations, the fridge filled with goodies and plenty of coffee... and the view....well spectacular. I wish Alexei and his wonderful family much success with this beautiful property and look forward to coming here with our friends. All the best Alexei. Great location and host!

We spent two nights here during February 2018. Alex was very helpful and gracious. Highly recommend. Our only issue was the weather (cold and rainy), summer is definitely a better time to visit.

Beautiful

This apartment has an amazing view. The whole apartment is decorated beautifully and has everything you could need and more! Alex is a very good host and responds immediately to any enquirers. Highly recommend! The town was pretty quiet when we were there, late January, but I understand gets more lively in season.

Simply Fanatsic!!!

Firstly, thank you so much Alex you were a fantastic host and a true gentleman throughout our 4 week stay. You went above and beyond and nothing was to much trouble and we really appreciated everything you did for us from the time we arrived until you drove us to the Airport. We actually missed you when we got home. Well where to begin regarding this fantastic apartment it was just fabulous!! The most amazing views you will ever see, clean, bright, modern, well maintained and a filled so many goodies you don't need to worry about thing. It is conveniently located right near the town centre, beach, shops, restaurants which are all an easy short comfortable walk away. It is so quiet and peaceful once you enter inside it's pure heaven. Thanks again and see you again next year Alex. We can't wait... If I could give it a 11/10 I would and I mean it. It's just wonderful. Love & Best Wishes Isabella & Anthony

Fantastisches Apartment in Traumlage

Die Bilder des Apartments haben schon sehr hohe Erwartungen ausgelöst - diese wurden aber noch weit übertroffen! Ich habe noch nie eine in allen Bereichen so perfekte Ferienwohnung erlebt - und wir (meine Frau und ich) reisen sehr viel. Alex ist ein perfekter Gastgeber, der sich um seine Gäste großartig kümmert. Ein Beispiel: Wir kamen erst am Abend verspätet an; Alex besetzte in unmittelbarere Hausnähe einen Parkplatz für uns und erwartete uns dort. Gleich beim Eintreten in die Fewo weiß man: Hier fühlt man sich wohl! Der Blick durch das riesige Fenster auf das Meer und das Wahrzeichen von Tropea ist überwältigend. Im Apartment wurde an alles gedacht - unglaublich, welchen Standard es hat. Alex verwöhnt seine Gäste (kostenlos!) mit Willkommenssekt, einer großen Obstplatte, Keksen, Knabbergebäck, Getränken, Joghurts, Kuchen, usw. Die Terrasse allein ist schon ein Traum; die von dort aus zu beobachtenden Sonnenuntergänge sind unglaublich. Die Lage der FEWO über dem Strand ist großartig, in wenigen Minuten ist man aber auch Im Zentrum von Tropea. Wenn man ein Apartment empfehlen kann, dann sicherlich dieses! Wir können uns bei Alex nur nochmals bedanken und ihm alles Gute wünschen - unser Aufenthalt war super und wir kommen gerne wieder!

The apartment is as spectacular as you see in the photos

To begin, Alex's father met us at the apartment (we were late negotiating the streets of Tropea for the 1st time) and he had saved us a parking space directly in front. We have stayed at many wonderful apartments, but none to this standard. The views are not only from the beautiful terrace, but from the living area as well. The apartment is spacious, impeccability furnished and equipped with everything you would need for a stay in Tropea - including a bottle of wine, yogurt, fruit and snacks. And perhaps the best part is that it's in Tropea, with all it's restaurants, bars,and shops... not to mention the many interesting beaches. I've given many places a 5 Star rating in the past, but will need to rethink

MEMORABILE. Amazing view, close to historical sites as well as great beach and see

Una settimana cosi' gradevole, oltre le aspettative. Gaetano e Alex con la famiglia hanno reso il nostro soggiorno sereno e hanno fatto sentire la loro costante presenza in modo molto rispettoso. Sapevamo di poter contare su di loro. Ma non c'e' stato bisogno perche' l'appartamento e' pulito, dotato di ogni comfort, e soprattutto in una posizione fantastica.

Unforgotable stay in Tropea

It was a wonderfull stay. Alex and his father were very helpful. The apartament is outstanding and the localization is perfect- only a few minutes to go on foot to the center, to the beach and to many local markets. The view from terrace is amazing- the spectacular sunsets every evenig. Interior items are very nice in a good style, the kitchen is equiped with everything you need. GREAT APARTMENT IN TROPEA !!!!!!

My wife and four year old enjoyed an amazing week in Tropea staying at this apartment. It's location was fantastic - slightly removed from the street (which was easy to park on) and two blocks from the heart of the town made it easy to walk to restaurants, shops and the beaches while staying extremely quiet. We also liked that it was not in a newer area, but surrounded by old and established bakeries and vegetable markets. The apartment is on the cliff and, being one of the few apartments we considered on the west side of town (most appeared internal or on the north side), we were able to watch the sunset on the sea around the volcano Stromboli each night on the amazing large private dining terrace. The apartment itself was excellent as well. As soon as we arrived we noticed it was spotless - something we have rarely experienced in our rentals. The layout was nice - the front sitting room doubled nicely as a second bedroom with adequate privacy. The master bedroom was nicely sized. The main living/dining room and open kitchen were really the stars though. Fantastic views of the water and Mediterranean light filling it, bouncing off the shiny ceramic tile floors. Everything worked perfectly - great bathroom, a/c and kitchen (with dishwasher). Finally, many thanks to Alex and his father Gaetano for their hospitality. They were eager to help but kept their distance to assure our privacy. Our rental car broke down during our stay and they helped communicate over the weekend with the agency so we could obtain a replacement. Two very nice and sincere gentlemen. It felt like we were one of the first to stay there - pristine - and I have every reason to believe they will keep it this way. We miss it and highly recommend it.

Amazing Holiday

We had the opportunity to stay in this beautiful appartment for over two weeks and we had a wonderful time. The apartment is in a perfect shape and really gorgeous. You have a beautiful view over the ocean from the living room and the balkony. There is a road next to the appartment the leads straight to the beach and tropea is just a few minutes walk away. We had a car but didn't use it at all because we just stayed on the beach every day and walked through tropea every night. Finally Alex and his Father were really nice. They took care of everything for us. Thank you very much for this wonderful vacation!

Super wohnen in traumhafter Lage

Ein gefüllter Obstkorb, eine Flasche Sekt zum Empfang zeigen die Aufmerksamkeit und Gastfreundlichkeit des Vermieters, der um das Wohl der Gäste sehr besorgt ist, was zu dem Ankauf einer deutschen Kaffeemaschine führte. Die Wohnung selbst lässt keine Wünsche offen, ist sehr modern eingerichtet und mit allem Konfort versehen. sie liegt sehr zentral, ist ruhig und bietet einen traumhaften Meerblick. Fantastic views and great location

We stayed at Tropea for 2 weeks in September 2014 and had a fabulous holiday with amazing views from the terrace out over the sea! We’ve enjoyed the sunsets over Stromboli and all the other Aeolian Islands. All in all, this location is probably the perfect place for people looking for a luxury apartment. It’s very clean, bright, gorgeous and quiet and you have everything you need for perfect vacations. Even with sunbeds on the terrace.The house is in walking distance from downtown Tropea, very close to the restaurants, shops, the beach and the harbor. The landlord was very hospitable and picked us from the airport at midnight. At the arrival in the lodging there was a prepared basket with fresh fruit, some sweets, water and sparkling wine. Whenever we would be back in Tropea, we would love to stay in this place again and we can highly recommend it to anyone! Thanks for all! We've really enjoyed it.

Amazing rental property, great location!

We spent 4 nights at this property and the apartment was fantastic. Newly renovated, big, bright, spacious, clean with unbelievable views of Tropea. The property is in a perfect location - a short walk to the beach and town. Alex and his father are very hospitable and made us feel at home the minute we arrived. They prepared an arrival basket with fresh fruit, water and sparking wine. We were given maps of the area and suggestions of where to eat. We would definitely go back to this apartment again and highly recommend it to anyone.

A gorgeus apartment with a stunning view

Fantastic holiday after busy year, we had a wonderful stay at the house, amazing views from the terrace! Enjoying sunsets over Stromboli. Excellent house to relax and resting after a busy year of work. We arrived with a car to Tropea but we left to parking car, because to the sea, restaurants, down town, bars, market for buying calabrian foods is just few minutes walking. The house was very clean and that was needed to make our stay comfortable. More than anything it was very safe and secure. Would highly recommend this property to everyone.

Very beautiful house, Alex is nice person!!!!

Breakfast and dinner on the terrace is very superb, with a gorgeous panoramic view. Bring your wine to the terrace and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Luxury house, living room, bathroom beautiful and very clean!!!
