Welcome to Palm Springs.
Quick and easy check-in process and I will do what I can to get you in early if you like.

Relax with a glass of wine. Go to either of the 2 pools in the complex. Cook a meal in a fully stocked kitchen or out on the electric grill on the balcony. Grocery stores are nearby. Or forget about cooking and venture out to the many fine restaurants that Palm Springs has to offer.

Enjoy the amazing colors of the sunrise out on the back balcony. Or pick one of the close hiking trails outside the unit.

End your day in a sunset, 360-degree panoramic ride up the Tram and take in the magnificent few overlooking Palm Springs and the greater Coachella Valley. As you descend watch the sparkle of the lights shine as bright as the desert sky.

Did somebody say casinos? Bring your luck to the tables and slots and enjoy the great food and entertainment they provide. May Lady Luck be looking down on you.

The condo is bright and clean. Newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms. New carpet in bedrooms and new tile floors.
The unit is quiet and close to downtown.
The owner is easily accessible by phone/text or on the VRBO app.
Bring your racquets and play some tennis at the complex’s courts. Its on the second floor and there is no elevator.

Laundry facilities are in the complex.

All linens for the 2 bedrooms (both queens size beds) will be provided. As well as pool towels. There are also a few floating tubes for the pool.

Working remotely? No problem. High-speed internet and a desk set up in the quiet second bedroom with a nice view of the mountain to help inspire you.

The condo will be clean and ready for you when you are!

A perfect getaway

I highly recommend this beautiful condo! Michael was an excellent host and we had no issues during our stay. The condo itself is immaculate and had everything we needed. We were even greeted with a bottle of wine on the table! The neighbourhood is beautiful and quiet. We loved sitting on the balcony listening to the birds. The beds are very comfortable. I hope to come back here someday!!

Relaxing stay

Perfect for a Weekend Away!

My sister and I did a girls' weekend in Palm Springs and this was the perfect spot to stay. We were close to downtown Palm Springs and enjoyed relaxing by the pool. Michael did a fantastic job communicating with us before our trip. We look forward to visiting again soon!

Amazing location and facilities

Perfect Host

The condo was clean, roomy and pleasant in a lovely neighborhood that was great for evening walks. Michael Crosby was the perfect host, always accessible. To me, good communications are the most important component of any arrangement and Michael was exceptional. Our stay could not have been more comfortable.

Spacious condo with great location close to downtown and hiking

We appreciated the fully equipped condo. The master bath has an awesome shower! We were able to come back here to relax after busy days hiking or exploring downtown. We enjoyed walking in the area to see mid century homes. Michael was very quick to respond to any texts and went out of his way to be accommodating. I would stay here again. Thanks Michael!

Good location, nice pool. Home needs a bit of updating. Bathrooms have been updated, kitchen badly.

Overall I would stay again after renovations to kitchen have been done. There was a smoke issue from owners patios of adjacent homes.

Great Condo

Nice quiet location with easy access to downtown Palm Springs. The bathrooms have been remodeled very well. We can't rate the pool as it was a cold weekend. The owner reached out to answer any of our questions and left details on how everything works. I would recommend to anyone.

Clean, hospitable, location and well appointed make this a perfect central Palm Springs choice

My partner loves clean and this place delivered! Everything we needed was included making this a perfect place to chill out or head out for adventures, nature or dining. The owner Michael was attentive as could be, helpful but not intrusive. We used the 2 pool areas and jacuzzis daily and a nice benefit was meeting the neighbors who gave great local tips. We hiked on nearby trails and walked the neighborhoods but also chilled out in the comfort of the well appointed condo to watch a little TV with available subscription services. TV operation was a little tricky but I got it figured out. Although it is not a close walk, the downtown area of Palm Springs is minutes away by car and we enjoyed some great restaurants there! You’ll enjoy this place if you choose it, just don’t take all the dates next year because we’ll be going back.

Perfect holiday spot

We gathered with family/friends in Palm Springs for Thanksgiving and this was the perfect spot. Great location. Super clean. Michael was attentive at Check-in and during the stay. In leaving, we left something valuable by mistake and heard right away from Michael that the housekeepers had found it. In our book. Integrity goes a long way. We will definitely be renting again.
