Casa Margareta - a beautiful Mediterranean holiday home with a stunning pool
Casa Margareta - This tastefully decorated and newly built 3-bedroom and 3.5 bathroom holiday home for six people offers you a perfect accommodation for your summer holiday in Croatia. The property features a 90 m2 house, 80 m2 pool terrace with a 20 m2 heated pool, deck chairs and umbrellas, barbecue area with a fireplace, outside kitchen with a gas stove and sink and covered patio seating and a lovely and fragrant Mediterranean garden.
Inside the house, 2 bedrooms have double beds and one bedroom has 2 single beds (that can be joined). Living room/dining/kitchen area is spacious and bright and offers all the amenities, TV, Wi-Fi and opens onto a front balcony of around 15 m2 with seating and a view of the sea and the island of Krk. All the rooms have air-conditioning. There is also a laundry room with an exercise bike and dedicated game area on the ground level and three bicycles for our guests. Casa Margareta offers two parking spaces on the property.
The owner lives close to the property and is always at your disposal.
The beaches are a short 5-minute walk from the house, the closest supermarket a 2-minute walk and a fish restaurant a 3-minute walk. You can also take a lovely 30-minute walk by the sea to the town of Crikvenica and the owner will happily recommend different beaches, restaurants and day trips, depending on your preferences and wishes. She will also treat you to a delicious home-baked bread.
