Gorgeous condo within minutes to Shopping and Restaurants
There is a minimum of 3 months rental per HOA rules. My guest has been staying for the past 5 years and she is not able to return in 2025. This is a beautiful remodeled, two bedroom condo with a king and queen size beds. Kitchen is very spacious, has beautiful granite counters and plenty of cupboard space. All new stainless steel appliances. Inside laundry. Flat screen TVs in living room area and second bedroom. Elegant dining table for 4. Screened lanai/patio for relaxation with comfy chairs. Community is great and has a very nice large pool, a tennis court, fitness center, billiards room, racquetball, bocce ball, common kitchen and library. It's a perfect place to spend your vacation and/or winter months. This is a gated community that feels like a resort! 7 minutes by car from 5th Av and beaches.
Grocery shopping right around the corner. Hospital and medical services just a few minutes away and within minutes to high-end shopping, restaurants, beautiful beaches, 5th Ave, I-75, Marco Island and everything else Naples has to offer.

It is located in one of the most sought-after beaches in Florida. Upscale shopping and dining. Beautiful weather during the winter months, Naples is located in the gulf of Mexico with gorgeous waters and incredible sunsets.
