Petoskey Getaway relaxing home in a great location
Beautiful, comfortable, recently remodeled 2 bedroom home on a wooded lot. Enjoy the view off of the exterior deck for morning coffee. In the evening go to the fire pit for bonfires and s'mores! We have a finished basement with a pool table. There is also a fireplace in the living room for a cozy evening after skiing or skating. A few minutes to downtown Petoskey and world class restaurants, swimming, water sports, and winter skiing and snowmobiling.

Great central location to be able to ski all around the Petosky area (we hit Highlands and Boyne Mountain this trip). House was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for the weekend. Having the garage was great to store skis and wet gear. Definitely would book this property again.
This could not have been more perfect for our stay in Petoskey.
The home was clean, comfortable, and a great location in a quiet neighborhood yet near to everything.
I would definitely recommend if you’re visiting the area.
To the hosts; Thanks again for everything
This was a great property for our vacation in the Petoskey area. What a blessing it was to stay in this home. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and promptly replied to our communications. We hope to return in the future.
The location of the house was great! We were in the area to golf at Bay Harbor, which was only a 7 minute drive away. We also spent a day on Mackinac Island, and the ferry was less than 50 minutes away.
The house was very clean and had everything you would need. The check in and out process was very smooth and easy. Would defiitely come back!
Perfect location between Nub's Nob and Boyne. The proximity to town is very ideal for dinners at night after a long day on the slopes. The owners had great communication and the check in process was easy. Would highly recommend and will be booking again for our yearly ski trip.
This house was at the perfect location for our stay in the Little Traverse Bay area. We had such a wonderful time, and Paul and Heather were so easy to communicate with. They made it super easy to stay. We loved the area, and we can't wait to come back!
This property was perfect for our stay. Would recommend it to others travelling to the area. The hosts thought of everything their guests might need. No hassle check in. We would definitely book it again if we were back in the Petoskey area.
We loved and enjoyed this cozy home!
Host was super friendly and accommodating!! Loved that we were able to come back after being out all day and play darts and pool!! We absolutely really enjoyed the fire place! My husband and I travel at 7 times a year using and have to say this was my favorite home.
We stayed here for my son's Travel Baseball tournament. The house had everything needed and Paul was very easy to communicate with if any questions came up. Great house at a very reasonable rate - much better than a hotel!
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We were in town for the weekend for a wedding and this was the perfect property for us. This house is great and spacious and comfortable. There is a very nice patio in the backyard. I would highly recommend this home.

About the host
Hosted by Paul Aggeler
Paul is from Harrison Township, while Heather lived in Petoskey for 30 years. Paul moved "up north" for a few years, and the neighbors became friends, got engaged, and married. :-) Paul worked in the building supply business for 34 years and remodeled the home a few years ago. Heather taught middle school and then worked at the Great Lakes Center for the Arts in nearby Bay Harbor. We believe you will find the house extremely clean, warm and comfortable, and Petoskey and environs are just so quaint, picture perfect, and fun.
Why they chose this property
The home is updated and comfortable. The best part, though, is its proximity to everything! It is 5 minutes from downtown Petoskey, 15 minutes to the ski hills, 10 minutes to Walloon Lake and Lake Michigan, minutes from the outstanding bike path. Restaurants, breweries, wineries, ice cream shops, Petoskey stones - we have it all - and nothing is more than a 20 minute drive. It's ideal.
What makes this property unique
Located in a quiet neighborhood, the large deck overlooking a wooded ravine will provide an up north, secluded feeling. There is a outdoor fire-pit and Adirondack chairs for gathering with friends in the evenings. The interior is warm and friendly. There is a newly remodeled basement with a pool table, dining room table for endless card games, and a dart board. There is plenty of room in the front for a boat or snowmobile trailer, or even an RV.
