Great location. Sleeper sofa downstairs is terrible thank goodness we had taken an air mattress. I would suggest removing the sleeper sofa and putting a bed downstairs it would be more accommodating for 6 people that way
well no bears sighted but the cabin was very, very nice. the only and I mean the only issues were: No WiFi, No WiFi. the main floor bed was very unsupportive, weak mattress. Otherwise, it was great, especially if you like being up in the mountains. go for it.
We was told we could check in by 3:00 we finally got into the cabin at 4:30... they couldn’t have cleaned it the floors was a mess the doors had I believe chocolate hand prints on them so I cleaned it with a hole container of Lysol wipes...then went looking for a broom and mop they didn’t have anything you could use, bought one at Walmart and it had a smell of moisture as well as toilet upstairs never stopped dripping all night! Won’t stay here again and you pay for a cleaning fee! Not Happy! Oh also our last night there I got no sleep with that huge raccoon in our trash I believe they need bungee cords to hold lid down anything we put a rock on one then he instead got into the back one😔
Location was convenient to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Checkin was very easy. The cabin was clean, linens were clean. Pool table was lacking chalk and not in the best condition. The game room had a sleeper sofa, but it was too cold to stay down and play pool for very long let alone hang out and watch TV or sleep down there. The manual lock in the front door was broken. It would have been very nice to have peace of mind and be able to have a lock secondary to the automatic keypad lock. Overall, great price and location but could use some updates.

Too expensive for quality of cabin
Not the cleanest, shower dirty. Greedy with paper products. Pool table in terrible shape. Whole cabin in need of update/refurbish.

A little over whelming
There’s was no signal and no WiFi and I could of sworn WiFi was on the listing. House was full of dishes but most of them were dirty on arrival we ran the dish washer twice for the same load of dishes and they still didn’t become clean. We found a bag of marijuana in the night stand next to the bed. There was no toilet paper in the downstairs bathroom and one of the doors to go outside didn’t work. On top of the trash cans being on the front porch we had bears digging in our trash cans.
We had a blast, so I would love to give 5 stars, much needed down time! However, I have a cleaning business, and although the most important things were good, bathroom and kitchen; the floors and cobwebs, they needed a lot of attention. When we crawled into nice clean beds without thinking about it, our feet covered the sheets with dirt from walking on the floors. I realize the cabin is in the middle of the woods, but 20 extra minutes of cleaning/mopping between guests, and a duster… your cabin would be pretty much perfection!
We had a great time while staying here. The only thing bad I could say it could’ve been a bit more clean and a broom to be able to sweep (had animals get the trash while we were out). The shower head was broken in the main bedroom, would wobble around instead of stay in one place. The hot tub cover was dented in but was still very nice to be able to relax in at night, I loved that it was fenced in. Otherwise it was super quiet and far enough away from other people. Plenty of dishes and cookware to be able to stay in and eat. I would come back.

Cabin was in desperate need of a good cleaning and repairs
Wouldn’t rent that particular cabin again. We feel the manager/owners should spend more time checking out their cabins and the staff and maintenance crews who are doing sioddy work and being paid to continue to do so.
The property truly looks better in person than in pictures the beds are a great place to lay your head the location is in the middle of Gatlinburg and pigeon forge and Townsend as well depending on where your headed the only negative I have is the cleanliness could’ve been better but overall it was a great stay and would stay here again. The pool table was great but the foosball table has seen better days.

Family vacation to visit Smoky Mountain National Park
This property was easy to rent on line. Due to Covid, I was very disappointed with how dirty the chalet was. The counters in kitchen and bathrooms were clean, but the amount of dust everywhere was unbelievable and the floors needed to be swept and mopped. After the first few minutes, we chose to wear shoes because the floors were so dirty.
The toaster did not work. The non stick skillet needed to be replaced.
Had there been some cleaning supplies provided, I would have cleaned.
We enjoyed 3 nights in this quaint cabin.
Location is great with easy access to the areas attractions.
Our only negative comment is that it could have been cleaner.
The floors left your feet black with dirt and bathrooms had some mold in the shower.
Extra blanket appeared to have been used and crumpled into the closet.
