Apartment located in a beautiful mansion on pedestrian street in the heart of Dijon.
With a surface area of 87 m2, this charming apartment consists of a large living room with a large flat screen TV, stereo, DVD player, internet connection, CD, DVD, books and games.
A fully equipped kitchen with tiled floor with fridge freezer, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave. Basic food products.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Dijon

Very clean and spacious apartment in the center of the city. Great restaurants everywhere. We stayed here a week, and really got to know the city well. Ate at some great restaurants, walked everywhere. Communication with the owner was excellent.

Appartement calme, très bien situé au centre ville pour profiter de Dijon à tout moment de la journée. Très bon pain juste en face. Restaurants divers et variés à proximité. Parking tout près (11 euros les 24h). Intérieur décoré avec goût, literie ferme. Propriétaire sympathique.

In the heart of Dijon

The location was perfect: a pedestrian street with a bread/pastry shop right across the street, many boutiques and restaurants as well as grocery stores nearby. An easy lovely walk to several museums, churches, gardens and the large covered market. We also walked to and from the train station for excursions. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. Do watch your head on the picturesque slanted ceilings. We loved our stay and highly recommend this property.

Charmant appartement au cœur de Dijon

Nous avons été charmés par cet appartement de caractère délicatement décoré avec tout le confort. L’attention du propriétaire non seulement qui offre tout le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner, en plus il y a une très bonne boulangerie juste en face de la rue. Mais aussi qui a de très bons conseils pour découvrir des restaurants délicieux et la ville de Dijon. L’emplacement est idéal pour se promener dans la ville piétonne avec un parking très abordable à quelques centaines de mètres. Tous ces avantages on permis un séjour vraiment agréable.

First Dijon Experience

The location was very convenient to the old town. The only points of feedback are the top floor bedroom is hotter on average than the main floors. Second, emphasizing the different steps and stairs would help more elderly guests to decide if this setup was appropriate. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend Christian and his apartment to all. MK

très francais et charmant - sehr angenehm

Eine große, sehr schick und interessant gestaltete Wohnung mit Altstadt-Flair in einem einladenden Innenhof. Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Vermieter. Die Lage in der Innenstadt ist super, man kann ganz viel zu Fuß erledigen. Außerdem hat Dijon ein gutes ÖPNV-System, so dass wir unser Auto nicht vermisst haben.

Charming apartment in the heart of Old Dijon

We stayed at this apartment for four nights in July. We were four in total two adults and two teens 14 and 17. The apartment is great for a family or two couples. Having two toilets is awesome. The beds were comfortable. No AC in the master but the cross breeze was lovely at night. Could be hot during a heat wave. The kitchen and living areas are well equipped. The location is central to all old Dijon has to offer. Easy to get to either by car or train. Would stay here again.

A warm home in the middle of Dijon

Christian’s place was remarkable! It was very clean, comfortable and spacious. We had all the amenities we could ever need and felt like a Dijonais local being so close to the center of it all. We were 2 adults and 2 kids (ages 4 & 7) and were able to navigate everything with ease. When visiting Dijon, I highly recommend staying as close to city center as possible so look no further than Christian’s place. It is a true gem.

Beautiful Dijon

This property is in the city center. It is so convenient, very comfortable, and well equipped. We enjoyed sightseeing in this beautiful city. Christian was very prompt and replied immediately to questions. He even carried my bags up and down the stairs! We want to go back!

Perfect location and very responsive host

Four of us spent three days in Dijon and we loved this apartment. It was very well equipped, comfortable and very centrally located while at the same time being very quiet. Christian was very punctual in meeting us for the check-in and the check-out and very helpful in explaining everything about the apartment. There are bakeries, markets and restaurants nearby. We stayed in apartments in four different cities during this trip and this was my favorite one. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Dijon in the future.

Convenient, spacious, and comfortable

This is the ultimate Dijon apartment. Very convenient and practical with everything you would need for a short or extended stay. It’s nicely decorated and Christain obviously put a lot of thought into the comfort of his guests. The apartment is large, perfect for a family or two couples. It’s located in a beautiful old historic building but thoroughly modern inside. Most of Dijon’s attractions and museums are within easy walking distance. Parking in a very secure area is just 2 blocks away. If we return to Dijon we would hope to stay here again.

What an awesome host and apartment!

We could not have asked for a nicer, more solicitous host than Christian. He was patient and very thoughtful, and this showed as well in the welcoming ambiance of his apartment. The apartment itself was even prettier than pictured, and was super-comfortable and intelligently and artfully designed. There is enough both communal and private space to make anyone feel at home. The totally well stocked kitchen was a plus, as was the small inexpensive but well-selected wine collection from which one could choose if they wished (very reasonably priced a la carte). The location was terrific and Christian even told us about a nearby parking garage that was much more accessible and reasonably priced for our rental car. Next time we're in Dijon, we will definitely try to book this property!

Perfect Spot

Our family of four enjoyed our three day stay in Christian's apartment. It was perfect for our 4 and 6 year old with a great hideaway bedroom for them. The apartment was clean and cozy and Christian was a great host.

perfectly charming and a perfect location!

Loved this place! Total charm and great separation of space for more than a couple. (I was travelling with my parents) Perfect location in the pedestrian only area of Dijon with great shops and restaurants every where. My favorite was the wonderful bakery just across the street! I lived in Dijon for a year back in the 80's and this was my first revisit in many years, what a charming, friendly and walk able city Dijon has become! I'll be back and would love to stay here again!
