Your holiday home is located in the residential area of Verquières, a charming Provencal village a few kilometers from Avignon, the city of the Popes, between the Luberon natural park and the Alpilles.

With its 3 bedrooms, the villa can accommodate up to 6 people.
The 95m2 villa has a large living room with fully equipped open kitchen, living room and dining area, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, separate toilet, garage and parking. In the main room there are two bay windows which give access on one side to the covered terrace and pergola and on the other side to the swimming pool with solarium.
Outside, you will have a large covered terrace with summer lounge and barbecue, a pergola with garden furniture and deckchairs, and a pretty secure swimming pool (7 mx 3.5 m) and outside. shelters from looks. A fully enclosed Mediterranean landscaped garden surrounds your residence.
You will also have a washing machine, a dryer and all equipment necessary for baby's comfort.

Séjour très agréable

Accueil très sympathique par Stéphane qui a pris le temps de nous donner quelques infos sur la région, environnement très calme et villa fidèle à l’annonce, bien située au carrefour des Alpilles et du Luberon.

Séjour agréable

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans la maison de Rita, bien équipée, propre et spacieuse.Les espaces extérieurs ( jolie piscine chauffée et un jardin très bien entretenu, les 2 salons d’été) nous ont conquis. Un excellent accueil par Stéphane puis Stephanie en partant ajouté à toutes les informations de Rita nous ont permis de faire de belles visites. Le seul bémol est la localisation dans le lotissement qui ne possède hélas pas de commerce type boulangerie et boucherie. Par contre Verquières est très bien situé pour sillonner entre les Alpilles/le Luberon et le Vaucluse.

Parfait

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette jolie maison bien aménagé aussi bien à l intérieur qu à l extérieur avec la piscine chauffée et les différentes terrasses couvertes.tres bons commerces de bouche à saint andiol.localisation parfaite pour rayonner entre les baux de Provence et Avignon et entre le pont du Gard et le Vaucluse

Wonderful vacation:)

Super nice cottage with everything your heart desires. The kitchen is very modern and equipped with everything The garden is very beautiful and creates a great ambience. Highlight is the pool and the air conditioners that are the salvation at high temperatures. Also our dog felt very comfortable and by the high stone wall you had privacy and the dog could move freely. In summary, just great nothing at all to complain about. Many thanks to Rita we had a very nice time and will certainly come back again:)

Absolut perfektes Haus für Ausflüge ins Luberon

Das Haus liegt völlig ruhig in einem sehr kleinen Ort der als Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Ausflüge sehr gut geeignet ist. Das Haus selber ist perfekt gepflegt, die Küche ist optimal ausgestattet, Pool und Grill sind vorhanden aber am besten ist tatsächlich der Sitzplatz unter den Weintrauben und der sehr schön gepflegter Garten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder

Lage des Dorfes nahe bei allen Sehenswürdigkeiten

Der Empfang von Stephane war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Haus ist ganz mit Mauern umzäunt sodass unser Hund sich frei bewegen konnte. Der Garten ist schön aber sollte besser gepflegt sein. Natürlich spielt die Trockenheit auch mit. Wir hatten die 10 Tage durchschnittlich 38-40 Grad. Der Pool hat eine gute Größe und wir haben ihn genossen sowie die Klimaanlage im Haus. Das Haus ist renovierungsbedürftig. Riesiger Fleck im Wohnzimmer an der Decke der nicht erst kürzlich entstanden ist. Der Haushalt müsste auch mal gründlich gemacht werden. Das Badezimmer und WC sind neu und sehr schön. Alles in Allem hatten wir einen angenehmen Urlaub nur das Preis-Leistung steht in keinem Verhältnis. Wir waren im Juni 2022 dort

Tolles Ferienhaus mit Swimming Pool und gepflegtem Garten

Gepflegter Garten mit Swimming Pool umrand von einer Mauer, so hat man die eigene Privacy. Zudem verfügt das Haus auch über eine Pergola und einem Grill. Es waren elf tolle und sehr erholsame Tage.

Mention spéciale pour l'accueil de Stéphane Maison au top en particulier pour la clim. En extérieur, la place de l'apéro et le coin repas très appréciés de tous. Un superbe jardin et une piscine rien que pour nous. Bref nous avons adoré et reviendrons probablement.

Maison idéale pour les vacances

Maison bien équipée, nous avons essentiellement vécu à l’extérieur dans un joli jardin paysager et bien aménagé avec ses coins repas et salon. La piscine est toute la journée ensoleillée !

Nous avons passé notre semaine de vacances dans cette superbe maison . Nous avons été séduit par l’accueil chaleureux de Stéphane. La maison était parfaitement et largement équipée . Elle est très bien entretenu à l'intérieur comme a l'extérieur . C’est agréable de séjourner dans une maison qui sent bon la propreté . Tout à été fait pour que nous passions un excellent séjour avec nos enfants . La maison est même équipée de jouets pour les enfants et le nécessaire à été fait pour que nous ayons 2 lits bébé . The best place we have stayed in area.

This property is delightful, there was everything you could possibly need. It was comfortable, clean, well equipped and so well laid out. The inside was delightful, the outside was gorgeous. The location was quiet and perfect to explore the whole area. It is perfect for either couples or families. We had our grandchild and small dog with us and it worked really well. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Très belle location

Nous avions passés de très bonnes vacances à Verquières. La maison hyper bien équipée et spacieuse est située dans un petit lotissement très calme. Équipement bébé de A-Z. Extérieur comme intérieur très bien entretenue. Cette location est vivement à recommander.

Superbe séjour

On a logé une semaine dans la maison et nous nous sommes regretté de ne pas pouvoir rester plus longtemps! L'acceuille était parfait, la maison super équipé (tout y était pour le bébé), belle piscine et tout ca dans un endroit très tranquille. Le jardin est magnifique avec beaucoup de petit coin dans l'ombre. On réserve pour l'année prochaine...
