About this property

Come enjoy our beautifully decorated third floor unit in Beach Resort, with Gulf views from our private balcony. Beach Resort was built in 2006, small 64 unit property, with a fabulous 5,000 sq. ft bi-level infinity edge pool, and 9,000 sq. ft. of deck pavestone for your enjoyment. The complex is across the street from beautiful Miramar Beach. The Beach Resort has 300 feet of private deeded beach access just a short walk away. We provide FREE beach service (March 1 to October 31) which includes the daily setup of an umbrella and 2 beach chairs.

Master Bedroom & Bathroom: King bed and a 50” Flat Screen TV with a private bathroom.

Kid's Bunkroom & Bathroom: Kid friendly bunk room with a twin over full bunk well as a 37” TV. A split barn door provides privacy.

Living Area: this professionally decorated, non-smoking unit includes a designated garage parking spot, free high-speed wifi, 50" flat screen TV, washer and dryer, and fully stocked kitchen creating a lovely sophisticated vacation destination.

Very nice condo in an older development with great pool area

The condo was exactly as pictured in the listing and was a great layout with the separate bunk area and full bathroom attached. Super quiet (and quick) washer and dryer, rolling trolly cart was great for getting grocery's up to the condo. We appreciated the responsiveness/speed of the elevators when called, especially travelling with babies, IYKYN lol. Overall the condo was great and the owners were very responsive with any questions we had.

Beautiful

This condo was beautiful and the pool at the resort was like no other we have had before. We loved how private the pool area was to the outside. Only had one issue with the condo water heater, contacted the owners and they had a repair man out the very next day and issue was resolved. Would very much recommend this condo and resort. So peaceful. Our 5year old son loved the bunk beds. We booked for beginning of May so before peak season and often times had the pool to ourselves. Beach set up made beach days a breeze all you had to do was show up and the attendant would show you which two chairs and umbrella you could pick from. Thank you for a lovely place to stay for our vacation.

One week stay

Very nicely decorated. Comfortable furniture. Master bed mattress not as comfortable. Pool area wonderful. Kitchen well supplied. Couldn’t stream on LR TV. Not sure if it’s a Smart TV? Didn’t need extra sleeping room but would be great for kids. Had issues with Master sink not draining well. Owner tried a few attempts to resolve. Very responsive to our emails. We have friends at Gulf Winds East so very close. Will for sure recommend to friends & family!

Love the location

We have stayed at The Beach Resort for many years. This was the first time that we have stayed in this unit. We really enjoyed it. It was nice having the full size bed on the bottom bunk. The decor was very nice and the balcony chairs! We plan to stay there again in the future.

Perfect place to stay

We love coming to Destin and staying at the Beach Resorts condos. This condo was super clean and had everything we needed. Easy to get to from the elevator and we loved the garage parking space.

Softball nationals stay

Great place! Felt safe and in a convenient neighborhood. Just a little walk and you're at the beach. The owners were great at communicating with us during our stay. We will be back when we have another tourney in this part of Florida!

Resort Paradise

Condo was very homey and clean. Everything that we needed was provided during our stay. Short walking distance to the beach. Loved the fact we had our own chairs and umbrella at the beach as well. Pool very nice and private. Will definitely try to stay at the location again in the future.

The best pool in town

We love staying at the beach resort! Our favorite thing about this condo is the pool and location. The beach is a quick walk and the pool and hot tub are amazing! We stayed in various units and we enjoy the layout and comfort. It works well for our family and having 2 bathrooms is perfect. We appreciated the comfortable furniture and having a well stocked kitchen. Love the decor too, very beachy and upscale. Looking forward to next year!

Gem by the Sea

This is our second time renting in this building. The grounds are absolutely beautiful with a spectacular pool and great location to the beach. We choose this unit because of the photos on-line. It was a bit more than the other units of the same size. We were a bit disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit, visible mold in tub, dishwasher and shower stall. Rugs in bathrooms probably need to be thrown away and just use a towel. We understand turn around is quick, but expected a bit cleaner since the price was a little more. As previous unit owners in Destin these little things go a long way. This unit was very comfortable and the beach chair and umbrella was a huge plus!

Perfect week and perfect condo

This 2-bd/2-ba condo was perfect for our family of four this week! We loved the views of the beach and pool and all the sunshine that poured in each morning. The condo is very clean, well maintained and decorated and stocked with quality furniture and dishes. The pool, balcony, beach access, and living space had everything we needed for the week.

Family vacation

Adam and Jennifer were great hosts, the condo was exactly as described/pictured and the pool was one of the best pools we’ve got to experience in the Destin area. The outlet mall being a 2 minute drive away and having multiple nice restaurants within walking distance were a huge plus! If we plan a trip to Miramar Beach in the future, we would definitely return to Adam and Jennifer’s Beach Resort condo.

Great Experience

We were very pleased with this condo rental and would recommend it for sure. The owners were very easy to communicate with. The resort is not huge, which was a plus. The shaded parking in the dedicated parking spot was great. The condo is furnished beautifully. It is not the cheap type of stuff that you find in a lot of condos. The pool at the resort is really nice. It is so big that everyone has their own space, even when the pool was busy. There is lots of seating. The hot tub is also nice. The condo was incredibly quiet inside. We loved having a ceiling fan in the bedroom. It was plenty of room for a family of four. Having the two bathrooms and washer and dryer were very convenient. The location was also convenient. The private beach access, although a little bit of a walk down the street, was great with the umbrellas and chairs included. Overall this was a great experience!

Family Friendly Condo Complex

The property was accurately described online. Me, my husband, and our 3 boys (ages 4, 7, and 11) stayed for an entire week and had plenty of room inside the condo. The beds were really comfortable and the condo was very quite. The pool area is very large and the kids loved swimming in it after our long beach days. The walk to the beach is just 2-3 minutes away. We would definitely consider staying at this complex again!

This condo is adorable and looks exactly as the photos. The pool and distance to the beach is great for kids. There are several really good restaurants within walking distance as well. We had an amazing time and can't wait to come back!! The only thing I wished we had known, was that there was a pack and play there because we brought one. We absolutely love this place!!

Great location and resort!

My boyfriend and I stayed for a week and loved it. It's close to all the best shopping and restaurants. The condo was clean and in great condition. The beach was gorgeous and just a short walk away. We especially loved the heated pool. With such a large pool, it never felt crowded. The only complaint we had is that the king bed was pretty uncomfortable so we didn't get the best sleep. Other than that we loved it and would definitely return.
