The villa is located about 80 meters from the main road (Aurelia) and can be reached by a characteristic pedestrian street (crĂȘuza) also accessible with a wheelchair suitcase. It is not suitable for people with handicap.

Why they chose this property
This was our first house in Bogliasco and we had holiday and vacation for more than 15 years. Last year we moved closest to the sea (200 mt far) and we decided to give a second life to this great property in which we had fantastic moments
What makes this property unique
Front sea and climbing to the mountain this house is a perfect cocktail and mix of "mare e monti"
