We are super happy to say that ALL construction on site is complete as of 02/14/2023, however we are in the process of cleaning up after the construction crews and getting things back to beautiful for the upcoming season! The entire complex received a nice fresh look including: new siding, new windows, and new sliding glass doors. in a few short weeks inspections and punch lists will be complete. we look forward to hosting your spring break, summer, fall break, and winter breaks this year. thanks for taking the time to read and have an amazing rest of your day!
This beautifully decorated and completely renovated 2 bedroom and 2 full bath unit in Seagrove Beach is located on the first floor of Building 5 in the Beachside Villas condo community and provides a direct view of the Gulf, sand dunes, and boardwalk entrance from the living room/patio. It’s only a few steps from the unit to the most beautiful, white sandy beaches and emerald green water in the US! This is a very quiet community that's located south of 30A with no busy streets to cross or steps to climb. Parking is located directly behind the building for easy loading/unloading and within steps of the unit. Total renovation was completed in January 2019 with all new furnishings and amenities. The renovation includes all new furniture throughout, plumbing and light fixtures, flooring, quartz kitchen countertops, stainless steel appliances, TV's, smooth ceilings, curtains, linens, vanities, decorations, paint, and furnishings.
The condo has a master suite with a queen-size bed. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and twin bunk beds. Flat screen TV's with cable are located throughout the unit. The living room and master bedroom each have a 43" Smartcast HDTV. The second bedroom has a 32" Smartcast HDTV. The kitchen is fully equipped and newly stocked with everything needed for your stay.
The unit is Non-Smoking. Pets are not allowed.
Beachside Villas complex amenities include 2 outdoor swimming pools (one heated March 1-TBD), 2 lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, corn hole game, multiple outdoor grills, deck on adjoining lake, wash-off showers, and immediate boardwalk access to the most beautiful beach in the world!
Beachside Villas is ideally located away from the crowds but convenient to many of the activities that routinely bring people back to this part of the Panhandle. Fabulous, award-winning restaurants are nearby. For those new to the 30A area, in addition to the beach, it is a fabulous location for biking, walking, hiking, and paddleboarding with access to paths, trails, and lakes. The property is bordered to the east by Deer Lake and to the west by Eastern Lake. The Seaside community, also on 30A, is less than a 5-minute drive and other 30A communities of Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and Grayton Beach are easily accessible by bike or car. Top golf courses are located nearby including Camp Creek and Santa Rosa Golf Club. To the west is Destin, home to the Silver Sands Factory shopping outlet. Panama City Beach is 15 miles to the east and is home to Pier Park, a mega-outdoor shopping mall with more than a million square feet of specialty shops, restaurants, and a movie theater.
The owner has a local representative who can assist with any maintenance issues that might arise. The owner is very hands-on and makes multiple trips throughout the year to make sure the unit is as it should be for enjoyment by the guests.
