Beautiful island escape in beach community
Beautiful modern condo for rent in peaceful Ocean Village Beach Community. Great location for families, couples, or friends to get away from hectic city life. Enjoy a private beach (6 minute walk), nine hole golf course, heated pools, Tiki Bar & Grill, and restaurant with fine and casual dining on the property. On the island you can enjoy several small local restaurants and parks. Visit the downtown area off the island where you can find plenty of entertainment, including a theater, fine and casual dining, and bars.
Please note currently our cluster is in the process of having a new roof installed. There are construction vehicles and workers around the property and there is a risk of construction noise. This work is expected to be completed by end of September 2024. In addition, the main pool, on property restaurant, sports bar and tiki bar are closed. Reopening plans are as follows:

Enclosed balcony overlooks golf course. Each bedroom features a flat screen TV (Direct TV included) and access to the balcony. Unit includes 1 covered parking space with guest parking options available nearby. Additional items included: beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and beach wagon.
