UPDATES:
-features 2 twin beds in living area built in. Can sleep 2 in bedroom, 2 in twin beds and more on sofa if desired. -New open floor plan kitchen with new black kitchen aid appliances. Includes fridge with ice maker and water, DW, Micro and Range. Small appliances to match.
-All plates, knives, dishes, glassware, cookware is brand new.
-Counters are white quartz with a a two sided counter height bar.
-There are 5 custom counter height bars stool made of forged steel and genuine English cowhide.
-The countertop in kitchen continues to the edge of the fireplace to allow for a work station where you can plug in a laptop.
-Above fireplace is a Samsung 57” picture frame tv.
-Fireplace surround has been updated and enlarged with wood storage.
-The finish on the fireplace is a custom black plaster.
-The kitchen back splash is also a custom gray plaster finish with floating shelves.
-The floor is a brand new wide plank white distressed oak.
-In the living area is a built in bed that has two full size beds side by side.
This can be used as additional sleeping quarters or as a cozy nook with lots of pillows.
-Brand new couch with chaise.
-Lots of brand new cozy accent pillow and throw blankets.
-All the lighting has been updated and has different zones with with dimmers.
-Custom framed artwork fills the space.
-1500 thread count egyptian cotton fitted sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases . Inserts are a goose down all season.
-Bathroom has brand new white tile, new vanity with white quartz top.
-Bedroom has a brand new bed with matching night stands. Closet with drawers and rod for hanging items.
-Brand new full length mirror and linen closet.
-All the walls have been completely re-textured with a level 4 drywall finish and painted. The doors are shaker style with black hardware.
-The entry has two good sized rows with black heavy duty hooks for hanging jackets, etc.

Walking from entry hall to the living room there is a nail head about 2 inches into carpet area. Thermostat in bedroom is off by 30 degrees.

The owner was always responsive to my messages within a short period. He was flexible with us and we appreciated that. The property is nice and in an excellent part of town. We loved opening the windows and listening to the river every morning and night.

The location could not be better. With the river running right outside your sliding door to put you to sleep.The pool and spas were excellent also. The decor is a little dated,but overall very comfortable. Jeff L.

Beautiful place
Nice place with a view of the river. The owner was wonderful. There was a small issue when we arrived and she fixed it and communicated promptly. We would stay here again without question. Close to downtown. We walked everywhere.

We love the location, view & fireplace. The only problem is the lack of sound proofing.
We have stayed before and like everything except the sound problem. The water upstairs sounds like it is coming down on you. Lowering the ceiling and adding insulation would help. It is a serious issue.

Very comfortable, easy walk to Ajax and everything in downtown aspen or the shuttle to ski elsewhere. Great heated pool and several hot tubs. Unlimited firewood in the parking lot was great! Owner was very responsive. Appreciated the stay!

Amazing location..
Location was perfect, 3 blocks to gondola and right beside the Roaring Fork River. The view from large window/sliders was so amazing. The location was very safe and easy to access. The local market/wine store/pharmacy was super close too. I will return and recommend to friends and family for sure.

Fantastic location and accommodation. Walking distance to everything. We will be staying here again and will recommend to friends. You can open the windows and see/hear the river flowing literally just below your apartment. Absolutely beautiful.

Amazing Place in Aspen
I lived in Aspen for a couple years a while back. I have never stayed at a place where you can listen the Roaring Fork River from your couch and the fire at the same time. Location Amazing.. Walk to the mountain gondola, Market, and all town has to offer. Also in the summertime as we stayed, its right next to Independence Pass and all that has to offer for hiking, Paddle boarding, and biking. Oh yeah and owner was super responsive via phone and email... Thanks for the stay... We will be back ...

Great location On the river and good value. Bed is really comfortable! I agree with other reviews that the walls are very thin and kitchen/bathroom need updating. That being said, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

This place is a gem!
Absolutely loved our stay here! It’s a very comfortable property with everything you need in a perfect location. It’s about a 10 minute walk into town. The pool is heated so it was fun to go down to the pool and spa area at night. The property also provides firewood so you can light your own fire in the condo fireplace. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again! You do have to keep the heat on so the pipes won’t freeze so the air inside is very dry; only recommendation would be to get a humidifier. 5 stars!

Nice unit 3 blocks from gondola. Well equipped. Bedroom heat was hard to control. Comforter is like an oven. I recommend lighter layering options.

I've been coming to Aspen for 20 years and have owned other properties in town. This location is amazing as we walk everywhere in Town yet relax on the River at night. Just as cozy a small cabin in the woods on the river this is a special spot!
