Full size washer/dryer for guest use, two tv's, cable, WIFI, fun table games, etc. Outside there are two red gas grills next to front door AND on the stone patio in the fenced and very private rear yard with GAS FIRE PIT (APR 15 - NOV 10), granite bar. This is a DETACHED SINGLE FAMILY HOME with convenient parking on the driveway or on the street directly in front of cabin. No parking lot, no stairs and hallways to drag your gear, just back your car up to the front door and unload. Special features to mention a few... Custom corrugated metal fencing and raised flower bed, custom dyed driveway, seasonal beautiful flowers in front and rear (I appreciate guests watering during stay), 2 mountain bikes, 3 sets snowshoes and winter sleds. Prime Minturn location within 0-3 blocks of wonderful eateries, shopping and the very popular Minturn Market each SAT during the summer.

Original log cabin built in the 1940's, and over the years expanded, remodeled, upgraded and updated on a continual basis for owner's personal enjoyment AND guests too! Many guests have become regulars and some have even purchased properties of their own in the Minturn. Neighbors have shared that frequently when no one is staying at the cabin, tourists strolling by often pose in front of the cabin for their memorable vacation photos. I'm betting that more than a few wish they were staying there too!

I stock the cabin with every paper, plastic and soap product a guest may need. Same with cooking spices, oils, all the basics you have at home. This makes meals at the cabin easy and fun when you just need to buy the key ingredients and not every item that you need only a teaspoon or two.
The cabin has plenty of bedding, EXTRA blankets/pillows/plush towels/duvet covers and sheets. Even toothbrushes (yes, new ones) for guests that discover they forgot to pack one.
EXTENDED STAY RESERVATIONS - I prefer booking my longer stay guests first, and then reserve dates for shorter stays in between. Guests staying 30+ consecutive nights are exempt from the sales and lodging tax, and can send inquiry via vrbo reservation system to review needs and special pricing with Owner.
