Remodeled modern gem in the heart of Fayetteville
Newly remodeled house- brand new furniture, new floors, etc- be one of the first to stay in the stunning master with beautiful french doors and double vanity en suite that has a 50's vintage claw foot tub and large new shower. Open plan living room and dining room lead to a fresh kitchen with custom reclaimed wood accents. Yoga room/office big enough for 4 people to practice in.
20 min to airport, 10 min to Pinewood etc.

THE SPACE: Two car garage, with ample parking outside... covered entrance (so your amazon packages wont get wet!), fire pit, BBQ and bench swing in a fully gated garden.
Top-end Samsung appliances, 65" TV with sound bar, LG washer/dryer, security system (with video doorbell/exterior cameras) , modern lighting, USB outlets, ceiling fans and black-out curtains in all the bedrooms.
The yoga room/office has a desk and enough space for 4 people to practice (matts/foam roller provided).
The house has been made to live in with a well supplied kitchen (waffle maker, food processor, blender, coffee maker etc).
The house is in a cul de sac (so no through traffic)- very safe- with countless restaurants, Kroger (supermarket), Target, hobby lobby, home depot etc all within 5 min drive or a small walk.
