New villa in a secure enclosure near Porto Vecchio (10km).
Come and taste the padded atmosphere of a BBC standard ecological wooden house with heat pump heating system (heating and air conditioning possible).

Obviously solar hot water and heat pump. Heated pool from April 1 to October 31.

It is a luxurious new villa of 120 m2 with 4 bedrooms which all overlook picture windows and panoramic terraces, it is equipped with 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs and can accommodate up to 2 families or 4 couples. A parental suite and 3 bedrooms upstairs. Three bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with three single beds.
The decoration is varied and the swimming pool 6m * 3m * 1. 50m (swimming against the current). To the delight of young and old, a jacuzzi is available. Parking provided for cars.
Possibility to sleep on a sofa bed in the living room for two people.

Animals are accepted but they are your responsibility, in case of damage you will have to bear the consequences.

Incroyable
La maison est très fonctionnelle dans un secteur calme. Les commerces sont proches. Nous avons utilisé la piscine et le jacuzzi tous les jours. La maison est vraiment incroyable.

Urlaub mit Kakerlaken
Im Prinzip ist das Haus schön und der Pool toll. Jedoch haben wir nach einem Tag in der Besteckschublade eine lebende Baby-Kakerlake gefunden. Ab da konnten wir das Haus mit unseren Kindern nicht mehr in Ruhe genießen. Der Betreuer vor Ort hat es runtergespielt und sogar die erste Kakerlake vernichtet und behauptet, es wäre keine Kakerlake. Zum Glück sind wir mit der zweiten zum Kammerjäger gegangen und haben eine Bestätigung + Schreiben an den Vermieter erhalten, falls er nicht tätig wird. Am Ende hat der Vermieter trotz mehrfachen Hinweis erst kurz vor Ende des Aufenthalts jemanden geschickt (wobei wir zur angegeben Zeit des Einsatzes am Strand waren). Erstattung oder preisliche Entschädigung: Fehlanzeige. 180 EUR Reinigungskosten wurden angeboten, was bei den nötigen Einschränkungen (Essen haben wir jeden Abend ins Auto gebracht) abgesehen von der permanenten Vorstellung, dass Kakerlaken im Haus sind, ein Witz sind. Gesamtpreis waren über 5000 €. FeWo hat auch nicht geholfen, da sie meinten, wir hätten innerhalb von 24 Stunden einen Meldung machen müssen. Quintessenz: Sobald etwas vorfällt, sofort FeWo kontaktieren.

Alles perfekt
Schönes, sauberes Haus. Alles was man benötigt war vorhanden. Jacuzzi und Pool waren toll und wurden jeden Tag genutzt. Supermarkt, Metzger und Strand in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Bäcker und Restaurant zu Fuß in 3-5 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen!

La Corse-attitude
Fin Avril, 2 familles, 4 adultes,4 ados. La saison démarre à peine donc peu de touristes donc des visites faciles et les Corses tres accueillants. Il faisait juste chaud et c’était agréable, nous avons eu tout de même des coup de soleil😅. La maison est fonctionnelle, et le spa+piscine ont ravis tout le monde. Nous étions dans une rue au calme, avec toutes les commodités pas très loin (supermarchés, boulangerie, station essence, 5min de la plage, 15min de la rivière Cavu et ses piscines naturelles, 50min de Bonifacio…). Sébastien était super réactif à nos demandes et super bienveillant👍. Bref un petit paradis pour tous

Villa agréable, fonctionnelle, très bien située
La propriétaire était prévenante et le gérant réactif. Très jolie villa récente avec un extérieur agréable, nous avons beaucoup profité de la piscine et du Jaccuzi. Elle est située près de plages sans trop d’affluence ( 10mn en voiture sans bouchon). Les boulangerie, boucherie et marché sont accessibles à pied. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Magnifique séjour !
Superbe séjour de 2 semaines dans cette villa ! Tout est fait pour que nous ne manquions de rien: cuisine équipée, 2 belles salles de bain avec douches à l'italienne, chambres avec la climatisation, terrasse avec table à manger, salon de jardin, piscine, jacuzzi et plancha ! Il ne restait plus qu'à sortir l'apéro avec des glaçons sortis du frigo américain. Proche des plages et des villes comme Porto-vecchio et Solenzara. La propriétaire des lieux prends des nouvelles pour savoir si tout va bien et Sébastien sur place passe de temps en temps s'occuper de la piscine par exemple. 2 places de parking sur le terrain commun partagé avec les 3 autres villas. Mais d'autres places sont facilement accessibles le long de la route. A réserver les yeux fermés !

Si vous hésitez à réserver cette villa, ne le faite pas trop longtemps, elle le sera par d autres. Toutes les prestations annoncées sont présentes. Propreté et équipement au top. Jaccuzi a 38°. Piscine à 30°. Clim dans toute la maison. Terrasse ombragée. Mer à 3 km avec plage paradisiaque et idéal pour les enfants. Propriétaire dispo et toujours joignable. L homme d entretien est très sympa et très arrangeant !! Nous sommes très impatients de retourner dans cette villa ! Merci pour ce séjour paradisiaque

Très belle villa, confortable et très agréable, avec tout le confort nécessaire. La piscine et le jacuzzi ont fait le bonheur des petits et des grands. Nous avons passé 1 excellent séjour en famille. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés!

Super séjour et logement très appréciable
Nous avons séjourné entre amis et famille. Le logement est très spacieux. Les chambres et autres pièces sont très bien entretenues. Tout a été prévu pour passer un agréable moment. Le mobilier et ménager tels que le lave vaisselle, machine à laver et cafetière sont un vrai plus. L’espace extérieur avec sa piscine et jacuzzi est très bien aménagé et très appréciable, au calme et à l’écart des regards. Nous recommandons fortement cette location, d’autant que Mme FRANC et Sébastien, sont aux petits soins pour nous. Très bonne communication et Mme FRANC qui se souci toujours de notre bon confort.

Échanges avec Mme Franc pour la location et avec Sébastien sur place au top! Villa spacieuse, cuisine bien équipée, literie confortable, grandes salles de bain. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour entre amis avec les enfants. Quelques points négatifs à souligner: pompe de la piscine qui ne fonctionnait pas (piscine non chauffée), un store du salon cassé (impossible de le lever), une vitre cassée empêchant l'ouverture de la baie vitrée, et travaux de construction très bruyants juste à côté dés 7h30-8h du matin.
