Great Myrtle Beach vacation place

I really don't have anything bad to say about this place. Great location (only 5-10 minute walk away from the beach) and the community pool(s) were great with plenty of space. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed for the kitchen and linens. Everything was very clean and organized when we checked-in. Brad was super-responsive to any questions we had. Will definitely try to book this place again for our next getaway.

Beach getaway

The property was just as described and offered all the comforts of home!!! The walk to the beach was short and the amenities were great. As for the host, I was so impressed and thankful for the exceptional customer service. He was very responsive and easy to connect with. Overall our stay was amazing 10 out of 10!!! Will definitely book again!!!

Perfect family condo and location

The condo was perfect for families! The pool and playground were a hit. The beach access was a short walk on the sidewalk. This section of Myrtle Beach is quieter. It is only a 5-10 minute drive to the piers, outlets, and the strip. We will definitely book again with this property manager. He was great to communicate with.

Great location.

This location has many amenities on site as well as being located near everything you could ever want to do. The property is dated but kept in good condition. Me and my two son in laws were comfortable there and had a great weekend at a reasonable price.

Perfect for our golfing holiday. The location is excellent. Easily walked down to the beach. The pool area was great. The unit was very clean. There are some small things that they could do to improve the stay. Replace the fry pans in the unit. All of them had worn and chipped Teflon. A hair blow dryer in the unit would have been appreciated. Also leaving an extra couple of garbage bags and toilet paper rolls would have been helpful. I would book this again as the location and cleanliness were excellent. The owner was easy to contact and responded timely.

Quiet retreat

Clean, quiet 2 BR first floor unit within walking distance to beach. Easy communication with owner, beds were a little too firm, kitchen was well stocked. We just hit a patch of cool weather while there which was a definite bummer.

Great Location

Minor issues but nothing to interrupt stay. The pool was down a couple days which did upset kids but overall they enjoyed themselves. The location of the property is perfect. It is walking distance of beach and all the stores and things to do are a short drive away.

We came down to bring our daughters for a college visit to Coastal Carolina. We loved the distance to the beach - not the distance to the maintenance garage outside our patio or the street. The condo was just as described.

All the white wood surfaces thru out the complex could do with a lick of paint. Worn & dirty looking otherwise the property is very clean and well looked after. A tree limb fell after a storm and there were 6 maintenance workers there in minutes cutting it up and hauled it away. The unit needs updating. The living room furniture is too bulky for the space. The floor slants to one side from the front door thru the master bedroom & bathroom. The mattresses are very hard and we found it difficult to get a full night's sleep. The unit is directly across from the maintenance garage so you hear the workers in the morning and they have a very bright light that shines into the unit. The master bedroom faces the main road so there are loud cars flying past all night. The pool and bar on site are well run and clean. It is a nice walk to the beach and not too far unless you have issues walking.

Our stay was great. Just the right amount of space for all 6 of us. Property manager Brad was beyond amazing and responded right away. Place was super clean and had everything we needed for a fun worry-free stay. We will for sure book here again.

Just what we needed!

Condo was clean and was represented well by the pictures online. Location was great with regard to shopping, golf and other attractions. Beach was a very short distance away to walk. Laundry inside the condo as well as the grocery store nearby were very convenient. It suited our needs very well. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended!
