In a charming and friendly residence in the heart of the peninsula of Giens, our 40 sqm T2 apartment has a secure swimming pool, bowls and a reserved parking space.

Our apartment on the 2nd and last floor (without elevator) with a panoramic view of the Iles d'Hyères is composed of a bedroom, a living room with open kitchen fully equipped, a balcony (with garden furniture and an electric barbecue), a bathroom and a separate toilet.

This apartment, comfortable and equipped with free WiFi access, has beds for 4 people (2 beds 80X190cm in the room can be connected and a sofa bed 160X200 cm in the living room).

It is located 10 minutes walk from the beaches and the village of the Presqu'île de Giens and 10 minutes by car from the pier to the island of Porquerolles.
