Wailea Ekahi 14F - Best Views - 3 Minutes Walk to Beach
"Comfortable luxury with a magnificent view," wrote a recent guest. Located in Wailea, Ekahi 14F is an upper-floor 2-bedroom 2-bath condo. Situated in a quiet tropical garden setting in the center of Wailea Ekahi Village, far from road and pool noise, with one of the three "quiet" pools close by and a pickleball court a couple of minutes away across the green belt.
You can enjoy your morning coffee on one of the lanais while spotting whales or watching the boats make their way to Molokini. At the end of the day you can hear distant conch shells announce another breathtaking Maui ocean sunset like the one in the first photo which was taken from our lanai.
The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed while the master bath features fine Italian slab marble throughout. The vanity has twin basins and there’s a separate Japanese-style deep soaking tub with Jacuzzi, adorned by striking custom hand-painted tiles by local artist Susan Conway.
The high-ceiling guest bedroom has two twin beds that may be combined to make a king, while the bath vanity and large walk-in shower are finished in stunning green and silver quartzite. This bedroom has its own private lanai with a full-ocean view.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and features dramatic granite countertops.
The island-style glass-top table for six is positioned in front of the large picture window overlooking the ocean, just next to the kitchen for easy serving.
The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV, Blu-Ray/DVD and VCR players, Bluetooth streaming soundbar, and a CD Player. Netflix/Amazon Prime streaming apps are available as well. Separate full-size TVs with DVD players are furnished in both bedrooms. A substantial DVD movie library is included.
Keawakapu Beach “Our beach” is just a 3-minute walk away through a locked private beach-access gate, and there are no roads to cross. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. The very beautiful two mile Wailea Beach Walk starts a few minutes walk away and will take you past the Andaz, the Grand Wailea, and the Four Seasons hotels and ends at the Fairmont Kea Lani Hotel. You can stop in for coffee in the morning or eat at one of their fine restaurants for a meal.

My husband and I live in Northern California, but still visit 14F regularly to check up on it and to relax. We have a wonderful manager who takes very good care of our guests and I stay involved.
Why they chose this property
After visiting Wailea Ekahi for many years with our children and staying in many different units we decided to buy 14F, with its magnificent view, to make it our second home.
What makes this property unique
We did a remodel with major changes to the layout, and we hired a professional designer to decorate.
We had no intention of renting. However, we bought our dream home in Northern California and spent less and less time at 14F, so we made the decision to rent it out. It has been a terrific experience as it appears that I only rent to nice people.
