Gulffront 2 bedroom 2 bath unit sleeps 6 New owner. Great views There is a King bed in each bedroom with private bath. Beach Colony West is the newest building. There is a large gulffront pool, clubroom with exercise room. The views from the large gulffront patio are amazing. The views are of the gulf and bay. Large den and dining area. Sleeps 6. Beach chairs and umbrella included for 2 March to October

Relaxing vacation

My daughter and I stayed for a week. We had a great time. The weather could have been better, but we enjoyed our vacation. It was very relaxing. The condo was great and the view of the ocean was beautiful.

Relaxing Week

Enjoyed a week by the beach, listening to the waves crashing from the balcony and lounging on the beach chairs. Was really nice to have the beach chairs provided each day! Condo was beautiful and plenty of space to spread out. Only wish the pool had been heated so we could have gone swimming as the water was pretty cold yet. Would definitely rent here again!

Navarre's Finest

My best friend and I have been taking an annual girls' trip for three years. This is our favorite spot so far in Navarre. We hope to stay here every year from now on. The decor is stunning. Ms. Ivy is a topnotch hostess. Her communication is quick and detailed. The view is spectacular. We had the most relaxing time we've ever had on vacation. I can't say enough good things about our experience here.

Great Location

Beach Colony Resort is in a great location at Navarre Beach. All restaurants/bars are walking distance. The beach is beautiful and very nice to walk everyday. We liked the gated community and also codes for condos and amenities vs keys, etc…. The condo is nice and has great views being on the 15th floor. It is very spacious. Master bed was comfortable. It was nice to have washer and dryer available for our stay. Our only complaint was living room furniture was very uncomfortable, which made it hard to relax and watch tv in the evenings.

Wonderful vacation

Second time staying at this resort. Loved the condo. Everything you could need. The refrigerator ice maker made so much ice every 24 hours we never needed to buy ice for our cooler. Beautiful view from the balcony. The free beach chair rental was a big plus as well. Host was so easy to speak with. We were even able to check in 2 hours early. Highly recommend this condo.

We had an amazing week . Ivy was absolutely helpful in every way. If we had a question she always got back to us within minutes of sending our questions on the VRBO app. The room was just as listed. We would love to rent this condo again. The. Kitchen had more than what we needed to use for the week. With kids we loved the waffle maker.

Beach time

The property is very nice. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The deck chairs are coming apart and leave bits of fabric on any clothing that comes in contact. Dust is thick on headboards, fans and baseboards. The refrigerator had to be wiped out upon arrival. I dislike saying negative things because our time at Navarre was great. Paid housekeepers could do a better job.

Great anniversary week!

This is our second time staying at this property. We stayed here last year for our anniversary, and were impressed with the cleanliness, location, and the lovely beach, so we decided to come back. We weren't disappointed this time either! Everything was as before. The location is great, lots of restaurants nearby. Would recommend the Grand Marlin in Pensacola Beach for a special meal.

GREAT STAY

Beautiful decor, Loved the large balcony because of the great ire’s of the ocean and bay and the outdoor furniture. The complex was great too. Since it stormed while we were ther I appreciated the covered garage parking

This property was very well appointed and beautifully decorated. We loved all the colorful details from the blue silverware to the coral placemats, the needlepoint pillows, and that fish lamp!!!! We loved our stay and love to stay again.

Beautiful Views

Beautiful views and perfectly located. This unit is within walking distance of 3 restaurants & live music, 10 minutes from grocery stores, and 7 minutes from the National Seashore if you want to get away from the crowds. The unit is well equipped with everything from kitchen items for cooking to plenty of blankets and extra linens. We will be back!

Our annual Navarre get-away!

We love Navarre and this was our first stay at Beach colony Resorts. We LOVED Ivy’s place!! Very trendy and cool decor, open space with great seating views and close proximity to the pier and causeway!! The condo was clean with everything in working order! Plenty of dishes and extras like coolers where we had no needs that weren’t met! Ivy had all information sent to us prior to arrival and we had no reasons to have to contact her at all throughout the week with any concerns or issues. We would most definitely stay there again!!

We had a fun week in the condo. Lots of towels, air mattresses and extra blankets. Kitchen was well stocked (could use some new pans that don’t stick), but ample tableware. The condo could use a deep cleaning , good dusting, but was reasonably clean.

Beautiful Location

We loved the location and Beach Colony resort was wonderful. It was clean, parking was ample/easy and elevators were plentiful and fast. Condo had all we needed and everything worked as it should. Could use a few clean, but all in all it was fantastic and I would definitely stay again!

Ivy’s Navarre Condo

Everything was as pictured on VRBO. The condo was clean and had item to help us with a quick start. The weather was perfect in September, cool mornings and warm afternoons. It was a great vacation.
