Real Escapes Properties is proud to offer this two bedroom, two bath, third floor St. Simons Island residence. It is comfortably furnished, generously sized, and pup-friendly. Features include granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths, and a balcony that is accessible from both the living room and master suite, with a great ocean view.

The master boasts a king-sized bed and en-suite with a Jacuzzi tub and an oversized walk-in shower along with a double vanity. There is also a ceiling fan and TV in the master and sliding glass doors out to the balcony.

The guest bedroom features 2 double beds, a ceiling fan and a flat screen TV. There is also an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower that can also be accessed from the hallway.

The community features one assigned covered parking space and room for overflow outside the building. There is an elevator.

760 Ocean Boulevard is located near the Lighthouse, Pier/Village shops & fabulous restaurants, and is directly across the street from a public beach access.

Great Condo!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was clean and nicely appointed. On the outside balcony, there was a view of the ocean through the massive live oak and palmetto trees. It was peaceful and quiet. It is a short stroll to the beach and downtown as well.

The view….breathtaking

Great location to the beach and pier area. It was so nice to be able to walk downtown to see the pier, shops, and food. Just moments away from awesome views of the sunrise and the section of beach was pretty quiet. Perfect family getaway. Very clean and big bathrooms for everyone to use.

2023 Summer @ St. Simons

This place is ideal for small family, individuals, or small groups. This unit is 50 walking steps from the beach. Oglethorpe Ave 7t st to 15th st is ideal part of the beach is quite, beautiful, waves are everywhere, safe for children, this street made me feel like I was walking into Martha Stewart’s area. Short walk down to Main Street, consignment shops, restaurants, boutiques, Rec water park, lighthouse/museum, public park, and public library. Nearest Grocery stores are Windixie and Dollar Tree. No Grocery on Ocean Blvd. Only thing Missing was Chinese food & Indian food options .

Kitchen well stocked and large fridge came in handy. Recommend new pillows and beds were ok.. we were not happy with the 1/4 roll of TP in bathroom, should at least be a fresh roll left,,and there we're no pillow cases for 2nd bedroom. Phone call and issues were corrected quickly. We would stay again.

We have stayed at #204 in the past and loved it but #304 is in desperate need of cleaning...the rug and carpet in the master bedroom and bathroom are filthy...the master sink drains very slowly and probably just needs cleaned out...the heat return air grill cover across from laundry room is filthy and various other areas had dirt and grime very visible. It is sad that such a nice place isn’t loved enough to make it shine!

Equidistant to town and brewery/restaurants near the King & Prince. Also short walk to beach access. This unit seems to be a very active rental and is in desperate need of a deep clean. Perhaps because it is turned so often, housekeeping misses things. The mattresses also need an upgrade. The kitchen is well stocked but with odd quantities. Lots of stem glasses but only a few regular glasses, etc. Ice maker wasn't working correctly and the sinks in the master bath were very slow. Floors were vacuumed but not mopped and were very dirty. These are all things housekeeping should have picked up on but didn't. Furniture in the living room was fine. Very few throw rugs (maybe because its dog friendly?) so I'm sure it was noisy in the unit below. Parking was good and its nice there was an elevator and luggage carts.

The residents who are regular, met a few, they were also wonderful. Nice and interactive. Loved big bathroom for master and the other was great as well. I so loved my view, able to see water, beach, hear the sounds even if standing at the sink. Thank you to Tully who helped me find this place and others, but this was the greatest for me, the right size. I had tried for a while, he just up and found some. Great !!!! The Grounds nice for pups, ... I have truly bragged to my friends. I lived in St Simons and know the area since before 1980's. Thank you all, hope to be back for sure. Very Very satisfied. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. It is a very spacious condo, with 2 large bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms, and 2 large closets.Honestly, too much space for the two of us. The view from the balcony was beautiful, but we could see only a small sliver of the ocean. In all fairness, I was told that before booking. Although we had to cross a very quiet street to get to the beach, we have actually stayed in beachfront hotels that we had to walk further to get to the ocean, so for us, that wasn't a problem. The location was great. We will definitely consider staying here again.
