DEPOSIT AND AMENITIES FEE
**A $500 credit card deposit is required at check-in. It is not charged to your account but serves as a "hold". This is to ensure that the restaurant and bar bills are properly paid before your departure (they are paid at the end of your stay), that you pay for additional services you ordered (like additional house cleaning), and also to ensure that you do not damage the property. If there are no issues, the deposit will not be charged to your credit card.
**Per building management, any guest reservations made on or after May 1, 2023, will be subject to a 500 pesos per day per condo "Amenities Fee." This reasonable fee is common in Puerto Vallarta at the larger luxury condo buildings and assists with the costs for wear and tear on the building from rental units. The fees will be collected directly by the building management upon arrival and are not included in your payment to us. There will be no exceptions to this rule.

**Registered guests will have access to the condo and common areas (pools, gym, restaurants, etc.) after you complete registration with Maxwell Properties our concierge, who will help you register with Sayan Indah building security and concierge at the start of your stay
**The restaurant food menu is reasonably priced with lots of fresh and healthy options, including seafood, chicken, beef, vegetarian dishes. Staff can customize requests and have been good with vegan eaters (please be clear with instructions and consider using Google Translator if you can). There is a breakfast, extensive day/lunch, and dinner menu (and you can order from the lunch menu at dinner). The staff will also entertain substitutes if you ask.
**Towels for pool use are available for free at the pool (you must return the pool towels if you take them to the condo)
**At this juncture, we are working with building management on a plan of how to handle registered guests being allowed to bring outside guests into the building to use the restaurants, pools, etc. -- this is not a public building and there is concern about security, overcrowding of pools, restaurants, gym and whether a fee should be charged to outsiders using facilities. You can bring outside guests to your unit, but at this time outside guests are not permitted to use the facilities until we work out a plan. Please ask if you have any questions about this or if you want to know if new rules have been approved (we are diligently working on one that we hope will be approved).

If you have a large group, need more than one unit, and want to be close together, send us an email about availability of our next door sister unit. We own the only units on the 2nd floor.
OTHER ITEMS
**No smoking in condo
**Please respect the staff at Sayan Indah and Maxwell Properties (the service we use to greet you and clean the unit) – they are hardworking, kind, and courteous
**Consider using Google Translator to reduce communication barriers
**Please return all beach towels to the unit if you take them out
**Most beach rental places like Mantamar, Blue Chairs, etc., will have towels
**You may request additional cleanings of the condo (for a fee) through the host
**Return all restaurant utensils and plates to the restaurant
**Return all items you take (glasses, plates, etc.) from the condo back to the condo
**No loud music that will disturb the neighbors
