Just 16 minutes to the Columbus Zoo! 5 Min. to OSU. 1 block to route 315. Six mins. to downtown Columbus. 1/2 block to the peaceful Olentangy Bike/Walking trail access. Whole interior recently rehabbed. Open 1st floor, 65" flatscreen, 2 king beds. Great location for looking for well appointed temp housing. Immediate access to route 315 /OSU Campus, Columbus sporting and concert events. A plethora of nearby breweries, art galleries, local restaurants, and furniture stores all within a short walk, scooter ride. High speed Wi-Fi. Hospital/ occasional emergency vehicles/sirens. White noise machines and back bedroom work great for most, Let us know if you need both sides of the house to double up for your stay.

Stayed here for tournament. This was exactly as described. House is clean and updated. 2nd floor bathroom only. The only issue we had was street traffic. 35 mph evidently is suggested. It’s best to back into driveway due to traffic.

Exceeded Expectations

We stayed here for the weekend. My family and I travelled from Michigan. First off the house was very clean, the layout was outstanding, and we loved the overall “feel” of the place. It was very cozy.Very convenient location. Getting in and out was a breeze. Very. Entrally located for just about everything. I’ll never stay anywhere else if I visit Columbus again.

Clean home in excellent location

We booked this house for an event at the Schottenstein Center. It was a convenient location and also close to restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops in Clintonville that were all wonderful. Kroger is down the road as well. Clean house and good communicationwith the owner!

Quick family trip

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and beautifully maintained everything was. The house was not only spotless but also tastefully decorated, creating such a welcoming atmosphere that instantly felt like home.The property was equipped with everything we needed and more. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the tools and appliances to make family meals a breeze. The living spaces were cozy and spacious, allowing our entire family to relax and enjoy quality time together.One of the highlights for us was how thoughtful the amenities were. Traveling with a 3-year-old can sometimes be challenging, but this home made it effortless. From child-friendly furniture to safe spaces to play, it was clear the owners put a lot of care into accommodating families of all sizes.The outdoor areas were just as incredible. Whether it was enjoying our morning coffee on the front porch, playing with the little one in the yard, or having dinner in the beautiful kitchen, every moment here was memorable.This property truly exceeded our expectations. Great place to stay - close to everything

Brian (owner) was responsive and friendly. The house was very clean and comfortable. We had a family visit and found that every place we wanted to go was convenient to the location.

Great Place

Excellent location, very clean and modern. Communication with the owner Brian was outstanding. My son and I had a wonderful experience at this place, it had everything we needed and more. My only complaint was the amount of traffic on the street (which cannot be controlled). Other than that it was great and if we come back we’ll stay here for sure!

Amazing stay

In all my stays with VRBO, I have yet to find a host who was as dedicated to ensure a pleasant stay as Brian! The place is also very cosy and just couple of blocks from Kroger. The bathroom is very nice , but you have to rate care not to run the washer or dishwasher while taking a bath.From check in to check out, he made sure everything was taken care of. Two king beds are just awesome and were so comfortable !

As advertized

My daughter and I stayed for a week while she attended a sports camp at OSU. It was a super easy commute and walking distance to a lot of stores including Kroger. I’m a bit of a bed snob due to a bad back and the mattresses on both beds were very comfortable. Even though I’m a light sleeper the street noise was not an issue but it’s summer so the sound of the A/C was essentially our noise machine.

The house is in a great location, easy to get ubers to Ohio State stadium and casino, owner is great at communicating and easy check in and out process! Definitely staying here again for our nxt trip to Columbus!

This is our second vacation rental. We love hosting folks from outside the area as well as locals who need a getaway for a couple of nights.

Why they chose this property

This house has a cohesive look because it was redesigned and remodeled all at the same time. It has a gray and white theme with lots of open space on the first floor and we strive to make a relaxing and clean calming vibe to the place. We also really like to cook when we travel so we outfitted the kitchen recognizing some others might enjoy having a gas cooktop, generous refrigerator, and plenty of hardware to cook up a storm.

What makes this property unique

The location puts you minutes from the action on high street, downtown, OSU campus, the short north or large venues you want to access from route 315. You can be on route 315 in 30 seconds when you leave the driveway.
