Spacious and very bright apartment, Spa on wooden terrace in the garden, whirlpool massage, separate bedroom with king size bed and storage, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and central island, bar side. Dining area 6 places. Cabin area with two bunk beds. Convertible king size sofa, 6 seats in total. Sheets, hand towels and household linen provided.
Air conditioner. Electric shutters. Terrace and garden.
2 parking spaces. Very neat decoration, very nice apartment for vacation in the South of France.
Aigues Mortes is a charming, fortified little town, a stone's throw from the sea and at the gates of the Camargue. Beaches as far as the eye can see, Camargue horses and bulls exceptional flora and fauna. Summer festivals. Near Nîmes and Montpellier.

Appartement agréable doté d’un bon équipement malgré quelques éléments et équipements un peu vieillissants. Bonne situation pour découvrir la Camargue. Le plus : le jacuzzi sur la terrasse. Accueil agréable sur place et conseils appréciés

Globalement OK, sauf propreté

La localisation est bonne: non loin de la vieille ville d'Aigues Mortes et accès facile à la nationale qui desservira les differentes plages assez rapidement. La surface de l'appartement est agréable pour une famille, car suffisament grand sans avoir à se marcher dessus, et le petit jardin (sans vue) avec terrasse et jacuzzi remplit sa fonction pour manger à l'extérieur et se détendre dans les bulles en fin de journée. La fourniture du linge de maison et de toilette est un plus, ainsi que l'air conditionné. Seul bémol est la propreté de l'appartement et de ses ustensiles. Loué en tout début de saison avec un tarif qui comprend une prestation de nettoyage, j'estime être en droit d'avoir l'appartement propre et prêt pour les semaines de locations saisonnières, et non un appartement dans un état de fin de saison: la moitié de la vaisselle de service ou de cuisine limite propre/insalubre, rideau de douche jaunie d'humidité, mégot de cigarettes coincés dans les lattes de la terrasse, tâches collantes sur table de terrasse ou plan de travail... liste non exhaustive. Dommage. Un tout petit investissement de la propriété et un meilleur suivi de la propreté entre locataires (spécialement en période de COVID) aurait été bien apprécié car dans l'attente de tout personne payant une prestation.

Séjour très agreable

Logement conforme à l’annonce. Très bien situé; la personne (voisin) qui remet les clés est très gentil, agréable et disponible. La cuisine est très bien équipée et permet de cuisiner tout type de plats. La décoration est superbe et la terrasse très agréable. Un petit bémol pour le vis-à-vis du logement du dessus lorsque l’on est dans le jacuzzi mais le parasol permet d’y remédier. Je recommande vivement ce logement à toute période de l’année.

La Camargue vi fa sentire a casa

Una bellissima vacanza e un soggiorno perfetto . La casa é molto accogliente e accessoriata e la jacuzzi é una chicca in piu dopo le bellissime giornate al mare . La zona è molto tranquilla ideale per rilassarsi e godersi il meraviglioso clima della camargue . Il signor Sedric si é dimostrato un buon padrone di casa sempre disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta o chiarimento una splendida persona grazie dell ospitalità.

Superbe appartement, très bien situé. A 15 minutes à pied du centre ville d'Aigues-Mortes.Tout y est fonctionnel. Bonne literie. Très bien insonorisé. Le jaccuzi est appréciable, surtout en fin de journée. Très bien accueillis par Cédric qui reste disponible pour toute demande pendant tout le séjour. Je conseille cette location pour une famille de 4 personnes.

Landschaftlich sehr schön mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum verweilen, erholen und genießen!

Unser Domizil war auf den ersten Blick ideal. Jedoch fanden wir dann Schimmelspuren und für unsere Kinder gefährliche und nicht korrekt befestigte Schranktüren. Obwohl wir das Appartement in geputzten und sehr reinlichem Zustand verließen, stellte uns die Eigentümerin eine lange Liste mit angeblichen Defiziten auf und wollte einen Großteil an Kaution einbehalten. Jedoch schon alleine auf Grund der Schimmelspuren am großen Bett und der damit in Kauf genommenen Erkrankung unsererseits, hätte eine Entschädigung für uns erforderlich gemacht. Sollte das Appartement in diesem Zustand bleiben, so ist auf jeden Fall von einer Reservierung abzuraten!

Nice and clean appartment!

We spent 8 days in this appartment in August and were absolutely comfortable with it! The appartment is clean and furnished very nicely and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. The only little minus point is the street right in front of the garden. Noone can look into the appartment (thanks to the hedge), but it can be a bit noisy. You can walk downtown, though, which is very nice and charming. The beach is a couple of kilometres away, but beautiful: it´s very wide and long. We were very lucky to have such a nice, uncomplicated contact to Mrs Durand! She answered every question immediately and was always friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back!
