Great apartment in a fab location

Great apartment, very clean and well equipped in an ideal location. Up 2 flights of stairs so not for all. Could do with wifi!!!

Ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt!

Die Wohnung ist genau so hübsch wie auf den Fotos. Die Zimmer haben eine gute Aufteilung, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Riesenpluspunkt für das ganze Geschirr und die Töpfe!) und das Bad ist ordentlich eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist modern und gemütlich. Die Fenster verfügen über Außenrollos. Die Aussicht ist herrlich, sowohl in Richtung schön angelegtem Hinterhof als auch zur Straße. Der Ort selbst und auch Cabourg sind sehr schön und pittoresk. Es gibt ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Wege für schöne Spaziergänge. Wir haben zu viert eine schöne Zeit dort gehabt und konnten Ausflüge in die Region (oder auch weiter weg) machen. Caen, Lisieux, Bayeux oder sogar Le-Mont-Saint-Michel.... wir haben viel gesehen und erlebt. Der Weg zum Strand ist einfach und man ist auch schnell dort. Der Strand ist schön und nicht ganz so schlimm überlaufen. Solange man sich im richtigen Abschnitt befindet, trifft man auch nicht auf Hundebesitzer. 😉 Der Hundestrand ist quasi direkt nebenan und es wird auf eine strikte Trennung geachtet. Wir waren sehr gerne dort. 😃 Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war unkompliziert und sehr angenehm! Die Übergabe der Schlüssel hat sehr gut geklappt und wir hatten vor Ort immer jemanden, den wir bei Bedarf hätten fragen können. Was will man mehr?

Formidable!

Wir haben unsere Ferienwoche in diesem schönen,geschmackvoll ausgestatteten Appartment sehr genossen.Alles entsprach der Beschreibung.Praktisch ist ,dass Strand und Ortskern zu Fuss schnell erreichbar sind. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm.Auch bei einem kleinen Problem konnte er uns sofort helfen! Also auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert für einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Normandie!

Très bon séjour

Séjour agréable dans un appartement confortable bien décoré et très bien équipé. Trajet à pieds rapide grâce à la passerelle pour rejoindre la Plage de Cabourg.

Appartement très agréable et tout confort

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet appartement très agréable et nous y reviendrons sans hésiter. L'ameublement est de qualité. Le logement est très bien équipé, tout le confort ménager est disponible. Très propre et décoré avec goût. Parfait pour une famille. Quartier calme. On peut se garer facilement en face de l'immeuble. Dives est très charmant et très bien situé pour visiter la région. Excellent contact avec la propriétaire, excellent accueil sur place.

Fijn rustig appartement dichtbij zee en uitgaansgelegenheid

De communicatie met de verhuurder was erg prettig: snel en doeltreffend, zowel vooraf als tijdens het verblijf. We hadden een defect met het licht en dat werd erg snel verholpen. We voelden ons welkom. Volledig en ruim kleurrijk appartement met fijne bedden.

Séjour agréable

Bien que modeste et située à Dives cette location est surtout remarquable par son équipement exceptionnel, très complet et par sa situation proche de la plage de Cabourg grâce à la passerelle.

Super appartement

Les propriétaires sont très aimables et Laurence nous a très bien accueilli. Elle est très gentille et nous a donné beaucoup d’informations. Nous avons passé 5 journées formidables. L’appartement est très bien et a tout ce qu’il faut pour un beau séjour, très bien entretenu et très propre. Stationnement juste en face de l’appartement. Situé tout près du port et à une courte distance de la plage et du centre-ville. Je vous recommande fortement cet appartement où vous vous sentirez comme à la maison. Super beau coin à visiter. Sehr geräumig, gut ausgestattet insbesondere Küche, bequeme Matratzen, ansprechende Gestaltung

Sehr schönes Appartment in Hafennähe zu Port Guillaume. Gute Ausstattung, sogar Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmaschine, Muschelkochtopf, Kaffeemaschine,... . Im zweiten Stockwerk eines Hauses unter dem Dachboden gelegen. Durch öffnen der Fenster könnten angenehme Temperaturen im Innenraum auch bei starker Sonneneinstrahlung erreicht werden. Zum Strand nach Cabourg sind es zu Fuß ca. 10Minuten. Einziger Wermutstropfen die Passerelle nach Cabourg ist nur temporär geöffnet zwischen 09:00 und 20:00, so dass man nach einem Restaurantbesuch abends in Cabourg zu großen Wanderungen gezwungen wird oder nicht die Promenade am Strand nutzen kann. In 20Minuten erreicht man auch zu Fuß den hübschen Nachbarort Houlgate. Parken vor dem Haus ist ohne Probleme auf dem gegenüberliegenden kostenlosen Parkplatz möglich. Zum Bäcker sind es 10Minuten zu Fuß nach Dives oder im schneller erreichbaren Hafen kann man auch Baguette kaufen. Die Endreinigung des Appartments kann man auch für 30€ übernehmen lassen. Wir können das Appartment weiterempfehlen. Wir waren zu viert, zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder (1+4 Jahre) hier.

Un appartement chaleureux

Un excellent week-end entre amis dans un appartement parfait! L'appartement est très bien entretenu et équipé, la décoration est soignée. On s'y sent bien et il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir chez soi en très peu de temps!! Les voisins sont gentils et attachants. On trouve toujours une place de parking en face de l'appartement et si l'on veut on peut laisser la voiture de côté pendant le séjour car l'appartement est vraiment bien situé à 500m de la plage et il y a tous les commerces à proximité. Les propriétaires sont très aimables et chaleureux. Ils ont tout prévu pour faciliter l'arrivée et ils sont de très bons conseils pour les restaurants et les visites (par exemple la route du cidre). Nous gardons précieusement les coordonnées et nous recommandons vivement cet appartement ! A très bientôt 😉

Un vrai petit nid douillet

Très bel appartement pour une famille avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon et long séjour (équipement de cuisine, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge...). Le lieu est nickel et décoré avec goût. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour et recommandons chaudement cette location. On s'y sent comme à la maison avec la mer en plus ! 10 min à pied de la plage et 10 min à pied du centre-ville. De plus une petite surprise nous attendez dans le frigo, merci aux propriétaires pour leur chaleureuse attention !

Tolle Wohnung gepflegt und gemütlich

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von den Vermietern empfangen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und darauf bedacht, dass man sich in der Wohnung wohlfühlt. Da der Besitzer auch sehr gut Englisch spricht, war die Verständigung auch kein Problem. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und wir haben uns in den 2 Urlaubswochen ausgeprochen wohl in dieser Ferienwohnung gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. In Schlafzimmer, Küche und Bad findet man viel Stauraum für seine Kleidung, Utensilien und Einkäufe. Auch kann man sich nach draussen in den schönen Innenhof sezten. Parkplatz findet man jederzeit auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite. Da die Wohnung nicht an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße liegt und es sich um ein reines Wohnviertel handelt ist es auch sehr ruhig. Zum Strand sind es ca. 10 Min. Fussweg, Cabourg Innenstadt sowie Dives sur Mer Altstadt sind es nur ca. 15 Min.Fussweg. Zum Hafen von Dives sur Mer läuft man 5 Min. Größere Supermärkte Intermarche und Lidl sind 5 Autominuten entfernt. Kurz gesagt, die Wohnung liegt super günstig und bietet alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht.

Vacances de rêve

Quel bon choix nous avons fait. L'appartement est beau, pratique, et propre. Oui, il y a quelques marches, mais ça nous aidait à perdre toutes les calories avalées. L"appartement est situé dans une rue tranquille, tout près de la mer, avec l'odeur de l'air salin et tout près de la rue des commerces où nous avons pu acheter plusieurs délicieux produits de la Normandie. Croissants frais tous les matins, fruits mûris à point et terrines sans pareilles. La route du cidre, qui est tout près, est sensationnelle. La variété et la qualité des produits nous a enchanté. Les propriétaire nous ont accueillis lors de notre arrivée afin de nous faire découvrir tous les avantages de l'appartement. Finalement, il n'y a pas d'accès Internet (sauf à la médiathèque et dans un fastfood de Cabourg), alors tous ont pu décrocher complètement et vivre pleinement les vacances. Je recommande cet appartement à tous ceux qui désirent un havre de paix après les dures journées de baignade sur les plages ensoleillées, ou les visites touristiques dans des cadres enchanteurs.

Good value for the price

Comfortable apartment on the 3d floor (US floors) of a small building. Nice courtyard (to share with other renters) and individual parking (important detail in an area heavily crowded in summer months). 15 minutes (quick pace) from the beach in one direction and 15 minutes from the center of town and shops in opposite direction. The street does not have much character, but it has the great advantage of being quiet and removed from the hordes of tourists. Beautiful beaches (Cabourg and Houlgate) and promenade. Fresh fish market (caught during the night) everyday and huge local market under the 15th century Halles. The apartment is extremely clean and well-equipped with many closets, good beds, and plenty of window light; not fancy but highly functional. A good size, remodeled bathroom and an independent kitchen. Last point worth mentioning: The owner is very kind and helpful, attentive to details, and always willing to accommodate one's needs.

déçue de l'appartement 37 marches avec du tapis plein sales, l'odeur de renfermé abominable les mur blanc très sales, la vaisselle pas propre le plaid sur le BZ dégueulasse ainsi que les coussins et j'en passe les propriétaires ne contrôle pas assez.et Abritel non plus c'est la première fois que je suis déçue d'un appartement Abritel

Location excellente

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet appartement très agréable, lumineux, fonctionnel, bien équipé et très bien situé entre la grande plage de Cabourg et les commerces de Dives, tout étant faisable à pied. L'appartement était nickel à notre arrivée, le stationnement est aisé au pied du bâtiment et il n'y a plus qu'à profiter. Et pour finir, un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse dans la préparation de notre arrivée. Bref, une location à retenir !
