Beautiful, updated 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home. Upstairs includes a newly renovated master bedroom with a king sized bed, with an updated large bathroom. 2 guest bedrooms each with a queen sized bed and spacious closets. Guest bathroom located centrally with a shower/tub. Downstairs includes a large bonus room with a sectional, sofa bar table, and flat screen television. The open kitchen has all new appliances, a Keurig, all needed cookware and a breakfast table. In the dining room is a beautiful table that can sit up to 8 guests. 1/2 bath downstairs. Large newly renovated den in the front of the house perfect for unwinding at the end of the day with a gas fireplace, large flat screen television, and double doors that open onto the back deck. Outdoor premium gas grill and Big Green Egg, furniture, fire pit, patio heaters, and bistro lights make a perfect atmosphere for relaxing after a day on the golf course. Fenced in grassy back yard. Perfect house for hosting or relaxing!
