The brand new, air-conditioned penthouse of 125 m2 contains 3 bedrooms, each room has a balcony, two bathrooms with washing machine, private large jacuzzi (5 + 1) on the terrace overlooking the sea, 55 "flat screen TV, 4K SMART TV, dining room with kitchen with washer and complete kitchen equipment, access to a large terrace, with outdoor furniture and jacuzzi.

The apartment is ideal for a family holiday in Makarska, groups for friends holidays, as well as for an active holiday on the Makarska Riviera.
Makarska is one of the most famous tourist centers in Dalmatia (organized tourism has been developing since the 60's) and one of the most picturesque small towns on the Adriatic, with many characteristic narrow streets in the old town. It is also known for its miles of pebble beaches.
