The house is equidistant from the village of Calenzana and the seaside resort of Calvi. In a green setting.
It consists of 2 bedrooms each with its own bathroom and separate toilet. Storage for one and a dressing room for the other. From a large living room, dining room, open kitchen through. The kitchen gives on a corner garden arranged to be able to have lunch outside, or to take the sun, a barbecue is also at your disposal.
The dining room overlooks a wooden terrace also arranged. ideal for an aperitif against the vines, with the citadel of Calvi in the background.

Wohlfühloase fernab von steriler Ferienhausatmosphäre

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus! Es ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und vermittelt eine warme, gemütliche Atmosphäre – ganz anders als die oft sterilen Ferienhäuser, die man sonst kennt. Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen reibungslos und das Team war uns gegenüber sehr entgegenkommend. Auch für unseren Hund war es ideal. Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und möchten uns ganz herzlich bedanken

Un coin de paradis près de Calvi

Un petit coin de paradis idéalement placé entre Calvi et Calenzana avec un jardin luxuriant et une magnifique piscine. La maison est superbe et très bien équipée. Literie et propreté excellents. Accueil chaleureux. Nous recommandons vivement et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Ein Urlaub in wunderschöner Natur

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einem wundervoll grossen angelegten Garten mitten in der Natur. Der nächste Nachbar sieht man nicht (Ruhe). Sehr gute Lage um Calvi und die nördliche Region von Korsika zu endeckten. Der Flughafen Calvi ist in der Nähe, ab und zu hört man ein Flugzeug starten, ist aber nicht störend. Die Flugschneise ist nicht über dem Ferienhaus. Das geheizte Pool wurde von unseren Kindern rege genutzt. Unsere Hündin fühlte sich auch wohl, die Nachbarshunde kamen immer wieder mal zwischendurch vorbei. Die Nachbarskatzen wurden von unserer Hündin verjagt (Jagdtrieb). Unsere Kinder wollten nicht mehr nach Hause. Ein perfekter Urlaub!

Repos assuré!

La maison est dans un environnement très agréable, au milieu de la nature et avec la vue sur Calvi. L’aeroport Qui n’est pas très loin ne dérange pas, avec très peu d’avions. La maison est très fonctionnelle, très agréable à vivre. Nous avons très bien dormi dans une très bonne literie.

Parfait

La maison est parfaite, accessible tout en étant un peu à l’écart pour être tranquille. Elle est grande et a une magnifique vue sur la cité de Calvi. Les 2 chambres sont à l’opposées l’une de l’autre ce qui permet d’avoir chacun son espace de vie. Les propriétaires sont accessibles, très agréables et de bons conseils. Séjour parfait

très bien, très beau !

Très belle maison, jardin splendide, belle vue sur la mer et les montagnes, propriétaires charmants... Seul petit bémol : les routes et chemins d'accès sont en très mauvais état. 4x4 conseillés...

Maison de caractère où il fait très bon vivre !

Nous avons découvert une très belle maison confortable, bien décorée, propre, très équipée et moderne avec une grande pièce à vivre centrale et deux ailes indépendantes. Située en retrait au calme non loin de l'aéroport mais très peu de vols. Pas de vis à vis. Très belle vue sur Calvi et sur les vignes. Très grand jardin paysagé. Propriétaires super sympathiques, attentionnés et discrets. Séjour de 3 semaines parfait !

Nous avons passé une super semaine avec un couple d'amis maison spacieuse avec deux chambres salle de bains WC indépendante superbe vue sur la citadelle de Calvi est à 10 minutes de Calvi les propriétaires sont des gens charmants le jardin est très bien arboré avec différentes terrasses où l'on peut lézardées en suivant le soleil les propriétaires nous ont donné de bons conseils et je recommande cette maison

Superbe maison dans un environnement exceptionnel

Superbe maison et idéale pour 2 couples, avec chacun son petit coin chambre, SDB WC séparé et des pièces de vie idéales!! Une vue surprenante. Katia est une personne disponible, gentille et de bons conseils!!! Je conseille cette location de par la maison mais des propriétaires très sympathiques!! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!!

Une maison au top pour un séjour en Balagne

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans la maison de Philippe et Katia avec beaucoup de plaisir. La maison est spacieuse, au calme, avec une très belle terrasse pour l'apéro du soir qui permet de voir la citadelle de Calvi et la mer. Le jardin réalisé par Philippe est top, on se croirait dans l'Utah avec ses cactus, ses rochers, les enfants ont adoré grimper, explorer. Philippe et Katia sont 2 personnes sympas et généreuses, toujours disponibles pour être sur que le séjour se passe sans aucun souci. On y reviendra sûrement !!!

Sejour tres reussi

Notre sejour d'une semaine en famille fut un plaisir dans la superbe et spacieuse maison de Katia et Philippe, tres agreable a vivre, lumineuse et avec vue sur la citadelle de Calvi. Plusieurs terrasses et espaces a vivre en exterieur, un jardin magnifique ou les enfants ont joue et grimpe. Des hotes adorables et tres a l'ecoute qui nous ont donne acces a leur potager (legumes delicieux !), pour un sejour sans soucis dans la douceur de vivre corse !
