About this property

Small house and its garden in the center of the village of Duingt 200 meters from the lake

Located in the charming medieval village of Duingt, near the lake and the cycle path, and just 20 minutes by car from Annecy, La Petite Maison can accommodate up to 4 people, with 2 bedrooms. Its adjoining garden allows you to enjoy outdoor meals and naps in the shade of wisteria.

The Little House is organized on 2 floors: Ground floor with living room, living room and equipped kitchen, on the 1st floor, 1 bedroom with double bed, a shower room and separate WC, on the 2nd floor, 1 large bedroom with 2 single beds.

Please note: the staircase is not suitable for unaccompanied children under 8 years of age.

The garden is closed and you have the garden furniture, 2 sun loungers and the charcoal barbecue. You have a room to store your bikes.

Ample free parking is available 300 meters from the house. The center of Duingt being pedestrian, you can park in front of the house on the day of your arrival and departure.

The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster and a microwave.

One of the bedrooms has a double bed (140x190cm) and the other has 2 single beds (90x190cm).

The bike path and the pier are only 200 meters away, allowing you to go around the lake by your favorite way!

Beach at 200m, bakery, convenience store and restaurants in the village at 100m and supermarkets and pharmacy at 2km

End of stay cleaning is included.
Linen is not provided but possibility to rent it (tea towels, sheets and towels) for 15 € per person.
Reservation from Saturday to Saturday only during the summer!

Sejour découverte

Duingt est un agréable petit village typique doté de tout le nécessaire tant au niveau commerces ( boulangerie, supérette...) qu'au niveau activités sportives et touristiques ( superbes randos, location de vélos, promenades en bateau sur le lac....). Les bus gratuits sont un énorme plus sur la rive ouest. La petite maison est agréable, bien équipée et correspond à l'annonce. Nous avons pu profiter du petit jardin pour prendre nos repas. Très bon séjour

Bon emplacement de départ pour grimper les cols environnants, idéal aussi pour eux qui préfèrent les pistes cy lable plus plate vers Faverges. Bon logement et acceuil sympathique.

Maison bien située dans le vieux village,petites rues pittoresques. Maison bien tenue, séjour agréable avec mon fils. Bemol: la tv dans la chambre du haut et le manque de rideaux occultant aux fenêtres des chambres,c'est un problème en été quand il fait jour tot.

Maison très agréable et idéalement placée

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans la "Petite maison" et avons passé un très agréable séjour avec nos deux enfants de 5 ans et 2,5 ans. La maison est petite mais bien agencée et bien équipée. Surtout, elle dispose d'un beau jardin pour que les enfants puissent jouer et d'un petit local bien pratique pour ranger les vélos. L'emplacement est idéal, au coeur d'un village historique, à 2 minutes à pied d'une plage au bord du lac, à 300 mètres d'une excellente boulangerie et à 3 minutes d'une petite supérette. De nombreux départs de randos se font directement dans le village ou dans les environs, et la piste cyclable qui longe le lac est tout proche. Bref il y a de quoi faire ! Nous avons également apprécié l'accueil de la propriétaire, très sympathique ! Nous recommandons sans réserve cette location !

Très agréable

Très bon séjour dans un cœur de village calme (car distant de la route de bord de lac, très passante) et fleuri. Un logement fonctionnel avec un jardinet où il est agréable de prendre le petit déjeuner (et l’apéritif !). Supérette et boulangerie à deux pas. Plage (l'eau est parfaite !) et piste cyclable toutes proches aussi... Génial ! Minuscule bémol... la TV forcément dans la chambre des enfants au 2e étage. Un loueur de cycles sur Duingt serait bienvenu (nous recommandons le Conty, à Saint Jorioz, à 2 km).

Der Ort ist großartig. See und Berge in optimaler Verbindung.

Das Haus ist sehr klein. Die Wendeltreppe ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die beiden „Betten“ in der oberen Etage erfordern einen stabilen Rücken. Ansonsten Standard. Bei schlechtem Wetter wird es eng.

Sehr ruhig und gemütlich mit allem was man braucht

Wir wurden sehr freundlich in dem gemütlichen, kleinen Haus in Duingt aufgenommen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Es liegt sehr ruhig. Der Garten bietet zu jeder Tageszeit einen schönen Platz in der Sonne oder im Schatten, je nachdem was man bevorzugt. Zum See mit kristallklarem Wasser sind es nur einige Meter, ebenso wie zum Bäcker oder dem kleinen Supermarkt, der im August eröffnet. Ein sehr schöner Ort, wir kommen wieder.

Location parfaite !

Totalement satisfaits de la location. Bien située, à 2 pas du bord du lac où l'on peut se baigner , dans un très joli village calme, boulangerie à côté ( qui fabrique de fantastiques brioches). La maison est propre, fonctionnelle, les lits /matelas sont récents. Et la déco est très sympa. Un petit jardin avec un coin ombragé. Le tout pour des vacances parfaites!

A lovely little house in a very pretty village.

For the 2 of us the house was fine, but the lounge area would be a bit small for 4 adults and the stairs make it unsuitable for small children (as I think it says in the description). The garden was good however, so in good weather the lounge is probably not a problem. The newly refurbished Spa shop in the village will be open by now, which will make shopping easier.

Maison idéalement située

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine à Duingt. La maison est idéalement située pour faire bon nombre d'activités sans prendre la voiture (vélo, rando, bateau). Bémol sur l'équipement (couteaux qui ne coupent pas, télévision qui ne fonctionne pas -heureusement pour nous il faisait beau donc on a pu s'en passer, barrière de sécurité pour les escaliers qui serait la bienvenue) Si la cabane à jardin était accessible se serait parfait pour ranger vélos et autres équipements de loisir qu'on ne peut pas ranger dans la maison. Enfin la machine à laver en plus rendrait cette location parfaite !

Petite maison bien sympathique

Petite maison par la surface mais très fonctionnelle et aménagée avec goût. Idéale pour 4 personnes. Très bien située au cœur d'un village authentique et très calme. Jardinet agréable. Située proche du lac et belles randos à proximité. Ravis de notre séjour. Nous recommandons cette location aux personnes qui aiment le calme et la nature.

Une petite maison très accueillante

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette location. Cela fut très agréable de retrouver ce logis tous les soirs après nos belles randonnées. le petit jardin et la plage à proximité nous permettait de nous relaxer.
