Contemporary house located in Dax, 35 Mn ocean (Old Boucau, Messanges, Hossegor, 30 minutes from the Lakes of Soustons 1:30 of the Pyrenees and Spain, 1 hour from Biarritz airport. There are 3 bedrooms, a large dining room, a mezzanine, a kitchen, two bathrooms, a street entrance with possibility to park 3 cars with closed gate. A garden completely without opposite giving on a 4 ha park in the city, with large terrace barbecue.
This house is my dwelling there any conventional equipment.
Television in fiber, washing machine, washing machine, dishwasher, barbecue, coffee maker, dishes, cookware, iron, washing line.
