The apartment is located in a beautiful and unique building site in the medieval Tuscan hill town of Cetona (ca 900 AD), which was restored in 2009 by my husband and me. The mix between the location in beautiful southern Tuscany and also a city chosen by the Italian designer Valentino for his villa and campaign style - a rare blend of ancient and extremely refined and modernization make this a perfect refuge for demanding travelers. The building is centrally located near the main square of Cetona, with its shops, bars and restaurants, all within walking distance.
The apartment is spread over three floors. The kitchen (fully equipped), living room and dining room, one of the bathrooms, is located on the first floor. The sofa converts into a comfortable double bed if needed. The fireplace and the small cellar in sight make the room warm and refined. This room can be used as a separate apartment. The second floor consists of a living area, where there is a large corner sofa, fireplace and TV; everything is completed by the large master bathroom with tub and a double bedroom. An iron staircase leads to the attic and wooden, comfortable bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, if necessary with a small bathroom with shower.
The apartment is comfortable for 4 people and can easily accommodate 6 to 8 people (€ 10 more per person per night).
Outside the front door, there is a small porch with table and chairs where you can enjoy breakfast or a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.
