Perfect location and condo!

This place is perfect! My roommate and I stayed here for 3 months while we finished our externship for grad school. The location is perfect, less than 10 minutes to downtown. West Ashley is such a nice area and has everything you need within a few minute drive. The condo is in a very quiet complex which is great to walk around on nice days. The bedrooms were spacious and there was plenty of bedding provided. The kitchen was fully stocked and great to cook in. This is the perfect spot for anyone to stay short term or longer term like us! The owner was very easy to work with and responsive. Highly recommend.

Minutes to Everywhere

Had a lovely time here - Stephen, the owner was great to deal with and very quick to respond to questions. Only issue was with the payment platform - it delayed payment to the owner which, understandably, was and would be cause for concern for any owner. A great place to be - super convenient & well outfitted at an unbeatable price.

Great find!

This charming apartment is perfect in every way. It's centrally located in located in W. Ashley which was so convenient for us. We needed to stay close to MUSC and this was literally just a drive over the bridge. The unit itself has all of the amenities you should want or need. The kitchen was fully stocked, rooms were a decent size and the hot showers were a bonus. Plus there was free WiFi and plenty of options to choose from on TV. Stephen was awesome to work with. He was responsive and checked in on us to make sure we were happy during our two month stay. i can't say enough positive things about this apartment.

Fantastic two bedroom apartment in West Ashley! Clean and comfortable in a quiet little apartment complex. 10 minutes to downtown and 15-20 minutes to Folly Beach. Owner was awesome with great communication. Apartment was better than described! Recently updated with tasteful choices in decor and appliances. Would DEFINITELY stay here again! Fast internet and quiet neighbors. Quick and easy to get anywhere. I stayed here for several months while working in Charleston. I hope this place is available if I have to work here again!
