The master bedroom and ensuite has a queen bed, flat screen tv and a poolside view. The second bedroom has a set of twin beds, a queen bed, 50' flat screen tv and a 42' tv. There is a fully equipped kitchen for cooking your family meals. The relaxing den is has 4 oversized reclining chairs, 60' flatscreen tv. VA Beach Vacation

We had the best time here! The location of this property was ideal for being able to hit the beach and see all of the sights around town. The house was clean, well-organized, and the outdoor space was HUGE. And the hosts were just amazing - incredibly hospitable and attentive! We will definitely be back :)

Enjoyed the stay

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The private pool was nice. The area the house was located was nice and quiet. Great for evening walks. And it was located close to a lot of area businesses. There were some things that we felt could have been better. First, the grill. It was incredibly dirty. It had to be scrubbed clean before it could even be used. Second, the board between the kitchen sink and cupboard was broken. If someone needed to open both doors, it would fall to the floor. Third, the air vents in the bedrooms. In the single room, the vent didn't really distribute the air around the room so it was hot and stuffy at night despite turning the air down. The double room, where my husband, kids, and I slept, the bed was loacted directly under an air vent. In this case, it was way too cold so we had to practically close the vent in order to not freeze at night. But with it partially closed, it made the room hot at night. There was really no happy medium. Fourth, the freezer door was practically frozen shut. We were able to open and "fix" it by thawing out the slider that made the door open. It ended up working for the time we were there but we shouldn't have had to devote time to fixing it. The owners were aware of the board and freezer before we arrived but didn't take care of it. We just feel for the amount of money we spent on a vacation home, there were some things that could have made the stay better.

Absolutely perfect!!

We absolutely loved this house for our family vacation. I have little ones and teens and it was perfect for all of us. The pool was amazing. The location was perfect. Short drive to beach and shopping. Neighbor was very quiet and nice it’s on a dead end street. Already recommended this house to all my family and friends. Hope to be back next year!

Home away from home

This is the cleanest property we have ever stayed at. The little things like linens, dish soap, tooth brush, laundry detergent and many more items is so very helpful and appreciated. The hosts were amazing. They provided a delicious breakfast and are very responsive if you need anything. We will definitely stay when we come back again. Great location. You are close to many shops, restaurants, outlets and the beach!

Very nice neighborhood and perfect location for us

Overall great experience! The TVs seem to be of lower quality than the high definition ones at home. But it’s really no big deal as we quickly adjusted.

Home Away From Home

This place was amazing. It was very nice. The yard was beautiful. The supplies left by the owner were very useful. Plenty of space. It was so comfortable and peaceful. They had the best sleeping beds , soft and clean. There were even snacks left for us . I definitely will look for vacancies in this spot whenever I wanna visit Virginia Beach !!

Beautiful home away from home

This home is charming and has everything you need and more! The kitchen has all you need and the property managers were so sweet and kind. The neighborhood is quiet and it’s a nice spot to just chill.

Exceeded our expectations

We really enjoyed our stay in this clean and beautifully decorated home. The owners went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed plus extras including a delicious homemade breakfast. Not sure we will ever be able to find another home with such gracious hosts. Suitable for young children and everyone enjoyed spending time outside at the pool and making smores at the firepit. The location is perfect as we didn't want to be right on the beach, but within driving distance. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. We had two small families and never had an issue sharing the shower. Two restrooms. Large bedrooms. Thank you so much and I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing home away from home.

Cozy and Comfortable

This was truly a home away from home. The house was clean, comfortable and cozy. Shaquita, Crystal and Sharon put a lot of love and care into this home. We all enjoyed the pool and spent hours in it nearly each day of our stay. They provide an abundance of pool toys and items for the kids, which made the experience even much more enjoyable. We enjoyed family movie night in the Man Cave, in the ultra comfortable reclining seats. As for the location, the house is 15 minutes away from the beach. There are a lot of restaurants within driving distance. The grocery store, Food Lion, is about 5-10 minutes away. We’re so glad we found this home and were able to book it for a week long stay. It’s what we needed after 2020.

Hidden gem in Virginia Beach

Our stay was truly home away from home. Everything about the place is 5 stars: location, layout, quiet neighborhood, etc. Loved this place and recommend it to anyone looking to stay off the beach for a nice, relaxed vacation.

Home away from home

This rental was indeed our home away from home for 5 days. Shaquita and Crystal are premier hosts. This house has it all. Upon arrival it was extremely clean, fragrant, and well stocked with all that you need for your stay. There's even a snack wall filled with all of the best treats. The outdoor space was a treat. This is an ideal location, near the beach, shops, restaurants, highways. Do not hesitate and book this for your next vacation stay in the VA Beach area.

Comforting Family Getaway

Spacious and very comfy house, with little extras you don't normally get. The location is in a quiet lovely neighborhood but still close enough to lots of food options, the beach, and local parks. The backyard pictures do not do justice, it's a huge yard and my kids loved not just the pool & toys but watching all the wildlife from bunnies and turtles to all kinds of birds. The inside was also perfectly laid out.. the beds are super comfy and the den was a hit for game night. What makes this property over the top are the hostesses! They had such special touches and the homemade breakfast was so delicious. Look no further for your next vaca .. will definitely book again when we come to VA Beach.

Great Getaway!!

Our family of four lodged at this property for five nights and experienced an enjoyable and cozy stay. Crystal and Shaquita are the epitome of responsiveness! I contacted Crystal on two occasions via text and we received a response in less than 10 minutes. Additionally, we needed assistance twice and both Crystal and Shaquita showed up to the home within 15 minutes. Both seemed to be caring owners who want to make their guests feel comfortable. We also received the complimentary breakfast, which was awesome! Great times! Restful stay! Great experience for families, especially with young children.

Lovely Home Away From Home!

From the cleanliness to all the considerate details, and the captivating backyard amenities to the comfortable seating areas/space to relax and enjoy the views, this home was perfect for a refreshing change of scenery. The home was accommodating and enjoyable for three generations and we have much gratitude for the thoughtfulness of our hosts. Looking forward to more visits.

Wonderful summer paradise!

We had a wonderful stay in this summer paradise though it wasn’t quite summer yet. Our kids absolutely loved the pool and yard with trampoline etc. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful and the complimentary breakfast was delicious! Neighbourhood was peaceful and very pleasant. All in all a perfect experience!

Memorable getaway

From our first steps into the home we knew we had chosen a little gem for the week. The piano was played extensively by myself and daughter. We all enjoyed the pool every single day that we were here. The park like setting is perfect for kids! The complimentary breakfast hand delivered our first morning was sincerely appreciated! Delish!!! Lasted for 3 mornings of breakfast for my family of 5. There is just too much to say about this rental. We will definitely be returning!!!!

The House had everything to have a great time.

It was an amazing week, and all the kids loved the pool and feeding the turtles and the piano. We had everthing avaliable to use and easy to communicat with the owners. Unfortunately we did lose the A/C Sunday night and was not fixed the rest of the week. They did buy us fans and A/C units that I installed in the bedroom to sleep and put one in the living room, but cooking breakfast in 90 degrees and eating in the crammed living room was little tough, but we managed. What most upset me is that I am an HVAC technician and NEVER left anyone without out AC. The problem was a common ECM indoor blower motor that could have been replaced in 2 hours, but AC company said the use a Utilities insurance and have to wait for them to order the part or have to fix it. Well as a renter, I am sorry but, you pay for the part to please your guest and deal with the insurance later. Other then No AC for the week we did have a great time and made the best of our situation. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE TO ANYONE!!! I would recommend the owners to cancel Utilities insurance ITS NOT WORTH IT, and get a service person quarterly to chech out there appliances. Thank you again for for great week !!! P.S. Thay HVAC COMPANY SHOULD NEVER BE USED !!!

HGTV Inspired Private Pool Oasis

Run, do not walk to book this HGTV inspired family friendly pool vacation! On a hot summer day, our family of four checked in with ease into this beautiful home, which was pleasantly cooled for our arrival. We were immediately calmed by the tasteful decor; each piece had clearly been procured with painstaking attention to detail. After settling in, we went immediately to the private pool in the backyard. The deck had a personal welcome sign for our family, and there were beach towels ready for our use. The pool was much larger than pictured on the review website, with both a shallow and deep end. My kids, ages 7 and 9 were in heaven, playing with the plethora of cute pool floaties, which they named Clark the Shark and Petuna the Flamingo amongst others. Although we spent one day going to the beach, we actually spent the majority of the time in the house, as there was so much to do, from swimming, to jumping on the trampoline, to watching Netflix, to playing a large assortment of video games on the Wii and XBox. We were even able to get the kids to practice on the piano! One special touch was a homemade, hand delivered breakfast from Shaquita. Having a home-cooked meal while traveling was a welcome respite from take-out. Shaquita made so much food, it actually lasted two days. As a family, we also appreciated that there were plenty of paper products, a consideration that we haven't always been afforded at other home rentals. Thank you Shaquita and Crystal for a truly fantastic vacation!

Great stay for a family of 4

My family and I had a wonderful time at this home. It was clean and spacious with plenty of amenities to keep the kids busy. The piano was a hit with my daughter and the surprise breakfast was such a treat. Fabulous location with plenty of options for food and a nearby Walmart for grocery pick up or delivery. Crystal and Shaquita were phenomenal host that were quick to respond to any questions I had.

Nice place

Our family had a great time swimming and playing basketball. Place was clean. Complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus to the stay. Will definitely stay again if we come back.

We are a proud United States Marine Corps veteran family of Hampton Roads. After searching for our first home, we stumbled on this hidden jewel. We fell in love with it! Its the perfect place for bbq's, pool fun and fishing. Our family has a great time in the summer. The house is the perfect size for our family and the backyard is very large.
