Great Stay in Hurricane

Fantastic clean property with everything my family needed. It was close to the National Parks, in a great community, and offered a great retreat after a long day of hiking.

We loved the beds!

Our family of 5 stayed for several nights. Unfortunately, the pool was getting work done but we had a great time at the pickleball courts. Kitchen was stocked well and the beds were so comfortable. We really felt comfortable in this home.

Disappointed with accurarcy of listing

I'd like to say the home itself was just what we expected. The rooms and bathrooms were just as the listing suggested. The door lock was a little weird because at times it would work on the first try and then other times it wouldn't. The location was right next to the clubhouse, which was the biggest reason we went with this property. It is advertised as a year-round heated pool but when we arrived, we saw a sign that the pool was closed for maintenance. Now we understand that maintenance is necessary, but this was scheduled before our arrival and is scheduled to last until February. I don't understand why this was not disclosed in the listing so we could take this into consideration as the year-round pool was the reason we booked the property when we did. I reached out to the property management company and all I was told was they did not know the pool was closed and they would investigate it.

Great stay for a family vacation

Vacation home is at an excellent location, good proximity to Zion and Bryce Canyon national parks. Place had everything needed for a family. Kids had good fun with Xbox and board games. Bunk beds was a bonus. Kitchen was clean and has all utensils needed. Dinnerware could be better as several of them were chipped. Waffle maker was unclean and could not use it. It was hard to contact the property manager on the day we checked in. Overall stay was excellent, would recommend and stay here again in future.

Great location. Clean, affordable and exactly as described. We had the best time. Close to Zion and many other amazing hiking locations. The only small thing that we would change is from 9-10 pm, have adult hours at pool. Everything was above and beyond!

Fantastic girls trip!

We stayed with a group of girlfriends and we had so much fun! We all commented on the fact that we can’t wait to go back. Beds and pillows were super comfy, everything was clean when we got there and it’s a great location next to the pool. Also, surprisingly quieter than you would expect being next to the pool. We never heard any kids unless we were outside on the back deck.

We loved our stay here! The lazy river and pool were the perfect way to spend the afternoon after our morning hikes. The place was clean, modern and spacious. Highly recommend! Visited Zion and Pink Coral sands so was conveniently located.

Wonderful

Our stay here was everything I had hoped! It was clean and more than enough space for our family of five. The pool and hot tub right out the door (along with a small lazy river and tubes in the garage to use) were a gift in the heat. We loved our dinner at Pigs Ear American Bistro a short 4 minute drive away. Easy access to Zion National Park (about 35 minutes) was perfect. We would definitely stay here again! And I’m picky, ha!

Perfect Location

We stayed here for a long weekend in order to hike Kanarra Falls and the Narrows in Zion. This location was perfect. My daughter loved the pool and lazy river as well. The property management company was efficient and professional.

Family vacation - Zion

This property was perfect for our trip to Zion and other local parks. The location was central to everything but out of the way of the main tourist traffic. The house offered everything we needed and then some. There were plenty of towels for the bathrooms and the pool. The kitchen was well stocked -yes they have a blender and a coffee pot… The hand soap/ dish soap/ laundry soap needed during our stay was provided. There are tubes and beach balls in the garage for use in the pool. There is a store within 10 minutes to pick up food and supplies. We would absolutely stay at this location again!

Family vacation

The house location is great and it’s nice that there is a community pool so close to the house. The house was not cleaned properly. We found hair on the floors, in the bathrooms, food stuck to the stove and knobs, dining table was not cleaned, etc. Also, a few of the dining chairs are ripped or the back/ legs are loose. We didn’t use these chairs even though we would have to liked to eat together. The main couch in the living room is also broken/ loose. We also didn’t end up really using the couch because of that. One of the controllers for the Xbox upstairs also was not working.

Nice place right next to the pool area

We were welcomed to clean home on a very hot day. The AC was set appropriately and the ceiling fans were going. Check in was simple, didn't need the owners or managers for anything, and check out was straight forward. Place was nicely kept, had everything we needed, and was comfortable. Lots of water floaties and inner tubes were provided which made the pool area more enjoyable. Check out was also simple. We really enjoyed our stay, a great break and rest period for our southwest trip.

Wonderful Vacation

This was our first time to Utah. I was very happy with this location that we chose in Hurricane. Very close to Sand Hallow State Park for boating/tubing fun and only about 25 min from Zion. Walmart was very close for all of our food and you MUST order pizza from Mountain Mike’s Pizza. It was SO good! We enjoyed being close to the pool. The house had everything we needed. I did take off one star as the unit could use a deep cleaning (baseboards and carpets cleaned). But all in all it was fabulous and we would stay here again.

Excellent Spring Break location

The condo and the complex are perfect for a spring break trip. Our kids had a great time at the pool and the location of this particular condo is perfect for being able to watch your kids and going back and forth. The only reason I marked 4 stars is the condo needs a deep cleaning such as base boards being cleaned, touch up paint and maybe a carpet being spot cleaned In a place or two. We will definitely be going back to this complex again. So many things to do in southern Utah. Thanks for allowing us to stay

Girls Spring Break Zion

We had a great stay! The kitchen was perfect size for our group and we fit perfectly at the dining table. The place was a nice distance to Zion and there was a Walmart nearby which was helpful. Overall good experience!
