North Coast Condo A101 Spectacular ocean views from Two Balconies

Enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean from every room in this deluxe condo. Our condo is newly remodeled with luxury granite counters, new furnishings, and 3 flat screens televisions with DVD players. The quiet corner location of this Condominium gives it a very light and open feeling. The ultimate place to relax and enjoy sunsets, sailboats, and dolphins at play.
Our condo is located in North Coast Village, a condo complex that is built along a beautiful sandy beach that has great surfing, swimming, volleyball and even fire pits for barbequing. Inside North Coast Village you can enjoy lush tropical landscaping with wandering streams, waterfalls and ponds filled with Japanese koi. There are two pools, two Jacuzzis, and exercise room, saunas, recreation room with pool tables and ping pong tables, and a putting green. The complex is gated and has 24 hour security. It is only a ten minute walk to the beautiful harbor with many fine restaurants and unique shops. From here you can rent boats or take a fishing charter. It is only a 15 minute walk to a great pier and downtown area with more restaurants and a 16 screen movie theatre. It is a great southern calif. location between LA and San Diego.
Upon arrival you will receive a gift basket of snacks to enjoy.

Oceanside by the strand
The stay was wonderful. I would highly recommend someone to stay here. Waking up to an early morning walk with my daughter and wife on the strand every morning was amazing. Being able to utilize the pool and bbq area was a bonus. Being 1 min away from the beach was wonderful. Being a local I am very familiar with the area and this is a prime location to stay at. I enjoyed every minute of the vacation even though it was a week long. If you do end up staying here don’t forget to write in the memory book and share your experience.

Family ocean vacation
We had a wonderful stay at Diane and George’s property. The condo was as advertised (honestly even better!)… great amenities, beautiful ocean view, comfortable beds. The hosts were very responsive and checked in to ensure we were settled and had everything we needed. The proximity to the ocean and pools was amazing! Great location and can’t wait to return.

Ocean and pier views are nice from both balconies. Right above the pool and spa, so a bit noisy but if you are with family no big deal. Location is great and you can walk everywhere. The grounds are nice. The unit itself has some wear and tear but given the location it gets a lot of use probably. Overall a good place if your plan is to hang out at the beach, pool, etc.

Check in was fairly easy and the staff was helpful at giving us directions to our place. The unit had all the needed kitchen utensils and appliances to cook for the week. The only issue we ran into was people in the spa and pool talking late into the night. Security eventually had the people removed and peace was restored. Would stay here again!

My family has been renting places at the beach for decades mainly in Newport Beach. A few years ago we discovered North Coast Village and now we won't rent anywhere but there. A101 was an amazing condo, both in its location and amenities. I hope I can reserve A101 every year.

We had a wonderful time staying at Diane and George's condo in Oceanside. The condo had wonderful views of the ocean, 2 patios that both had views of the ocean, and access to the amenities in the complex. We used the grill a few nights and it was very easy and spotless. The beach was within walking distance, not even a block away. Diane and George provide chairs, boogie boards, and beach towels. We found the condo neat and clean. The condo is located in the A building which has its own set of amenities including a smaller pool and hot tub and a separate area for grilling from the main complex, which also has all of these amenities. The condo has its own parking spot which easily fit our minivan but noticed that others had Suvs and even pick up trucks within the parking structure. The parking spot is located directly below the condo right by the stairwell so it's a quick walk down the stairs to get to your car. The condo complex is within walking distance to Oceanside Harbor which has some restaurants and souvenir shops. Check in was very easy and there was someone from the HOA and security there to provide the access keys. Diane and George were great to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay again.

The best of NCV
This condo was perfect and the best one we have stayed at in the many times we have been to NCV. We had everything we needed, kitchen was so well stocked. I couldn't find the cutting board but it wasn't a big deal. Condo was clean and the beds are really comfortable but the best part is the parking space for the condo is right below it. If you have been to NCV and stayed in other units, you will understand how nice this is! It made unloading and loading back up so much better. Also, the amount of boogie boards, chairs, sand toys was fantastic. You truly do not need to bring any of those things along. We will definitely make this our condo of choice for NCV.

We live in southern California and hour away from the condo which we purchased as our vacation home. We are at the condo whenever we do not have guests and never tire of the beautiful ocean views from all rooms.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property because of the amazing beauty of the koi pond and landscaping, and the fabulous amenities such as two pools, two Jacuzzis, workout room with sauna, etc. It was obvious to us the Homeowners Association took pride and spared no expense to constantly upkeep and improve this complex.

What makes this property unique

The complex is in a great location, walking distance to both the harbor and pier for great restaurants, movies and shops.
