This gorgeous modern completely newly renovated house has all high end finishings like quartz countertops in the kitchen, stainless steel appliances, full size fridge. Large capacity new washer and dryer located in cupboard right off the kitchen.
Kitchen table has 4 comfortable chairs to enjoy beautiful home cooked meals plus 4 leather stools at the kitchen counter.
From the pictures you will see the stunning and artistically designed tiled bathroom on main floor with hand held shower head. Upstairs bathrooms have rain shower heads.
The main floor living room has an internet-enabled 55" smart tv, with Netflix, free wifi, large electric fireplace, and a couch that pulls out to a queen sofa bed. In the master bedroom upstairs you will also find a 55" TV.
Off the living room, the dining area seats six, and the kitchen counter another 4 people on stools. Our kitchen comes with everything you need to cook at home. There are stainless steel appliances -stove, dishwasher, microwave, pots pans, cutlery and some general spices to get you started.
The three bedrooms each have queen beds with comfy duvets and linens. There are three bathrooms - one on the main floor with a large shower area, and at the top of the stairs with a bath/shower. Plus a large en suite stand up shower off master bedroom
You'll enjoy your own washer dryer.
Come and go as you please and enjoy full privacy. You have the main floor and upstairs all to yourself.
We have a coded lock so you can come and go as you please without needing any keys
The 21 blocks of Commercial Drive from Venables at the north end, to 13th Avenue at the south, over a mile long, are home to the most eclectic mix of businesses in the city. 'The Drive' has lots of events during the summer like 'Italian Days' and there's a large park the community gathers in.
There will be 1 parking spot in a driveway with a sliding steal lockable gate. Also an additional steel gate for entering the yard right in front of the main entrance. Both of these gates lock. Unassigned parking is also available on the street in front of the house and there is usually no problem finding a spot.
You are a 3 block walk to Commercial Drive, which has a plethora of coffee shops, restaurants, local boutiques, grocery stores, drug stores, and other amenities etc.
Bus stops are close by, within a short walking distance. Vancouver has a great transit system. The skytrain is a short bus ride, 5 minute drive, or 25 minute walk. Downtown is a 5 minute drive or a 35 minute walk to (Rogers Arena area or BC Place area of downtown)
