Enjoyed the Privacy
I enjoyed the privacy, it felt cozy and warm. However, I would Highly Suggest you replace that mattress, as soon as you are laying in it you are being eaten alive into the middle as well as taking a look at your sliding glass door, that handle not being locked down on the door made it very hard to open.
Great place to stay, quiet, the cabin was cozy, clean and had all that we needed. All I would suggest is replace the mattress in the cabin that we were in. Looking forward in coming again in the warmer months to use the back deck more and enjoy the birds.
There was 2” of ice and my 4x4 got stuck. We didn’t have hot water so we had to walk to a hotel for the night. We didn’t even get to stay in the cabin. I feel it should have been communicated that the cabin was inaccessible and the hot water didn’t work.
The property was wonderful! Just the road by the cabin was pretty difficult for my sedan!

Loved the quaint, romantic getaway in the rustic Overlook cabin!
The hot tub was a highlight. The location was quiet and safe. The cabin had all basic necessities covered - perfect for our anniversary trip!
The cabin needed some basic spring cleaning done such as to the stovetop and a/c air filter. It would also be nice to have blackout curtains for sleeping in.
Loved the cabin - many thoughtful touches such as movies for them dvd player, plenty of towels, sufficient kitchenware for basic cooking. Could have had better blackout curtains and there are some minor repair needs done the to cabin (clean air filter to a/c unit). The communication through Vrbo is not great, but calling the cabin’s office works really well. Will definitely come stay here again!

It was horrible
Not much. The bed sank in the middle. The couch had a board coming out. The TV was so dusty I could right my name on it. No tv. And the deck was covered with slime. We stayed 2 days and left. Couldn't stand it anymore. We booked for 4 days but left on sat. My husband even fell on the deck. Safety issues everywhere.
The cabins are located conveniently near Hocking Hills State Park. The drive back to the cabins is rough. Would recommend taking a sturdy vehicle, definately 4-wheel drive required if the weather is wet or snowy.
The cabin itself was clean and stocked with enough items to get by. The hot tub is a nice touch.
The only negative was the mattress on the bed is in desperate need of replacing. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.
The owner needs to invest in the amenities. Bed is so uncomfortable that we did not have a good night sleep and is not a standard queen sized bed. My wife mentioned that rest from this bed was a slight step up from tent camping. Coffee pot was so gummed up it wouldn’t brew the entire pot and took literally 1 hour to brew. We brought our own coffee as that was not provided. The fridge and oven/stove was rusted with the stove top missing parts. Love seat was very uncomfortable. We were up and down all night from the discomfort then got up at 4:30am eager to get back to our home so we can take a nap.
Lots of potential as the Cabin interior is beautiful. We enjoyed a dip in the hot tub But we wouldn’t recommend a stay here unless the owners invested in there amenities.
Fantastic stay. Location was private and beautiful. The only negative is the bed mattress was terrible. Please upgrade! We want to come back.

Nearly perfect, only small improvements needed
Beautiful secluded area, the only drawback was scaling the cliff to the firepit area.

Absolutely beautiful!
The entire cabin was absolutely stunning. The couch was comfy, everything was overall very cozy. The only issue we had was the driveway area, between how steep some parts were and the large rocks made it difficult for us to get our car up there, granted we do have a smaller sedan. I just wish it was advertised a little bit that there is a rocky driveway with steep hills, since i did see it was specified for the winter months. Everything else was absolutely perfect!

We all enjoyed ourselves and the experience of Cleveland
Had a very nice time, need to look at the window on the second floor doesn’t seem to lock and possibly the whole window needs to be replaced. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Communication
Great place. Bad bed. Bad communication.
The place itself is great overall. Bed really needs replaced. Sunken in the middle. Rough nights sleep. Fire pit area is slanted and just needs leveled out. Would be tricky for older folks.
Got no response from owner when I had a question.
The property and cabin were great. I love that you need a four wheel drive to get to your cabin! The key pad on the door was a little difficult because the "A" button looked like a "G" and the handle had to be turned counter-clockwise but the property manager was on top of things and got us in right away! I would stay again anytime and recommend this place to anyone.
Beautiful cabin in woods. A 4 WD a big plus getting to cabin a bit schetxhy in a Prius. But made it. Also 0 cell reception in general area. Down load maps before arrival.
Will be back (in my Jeep).
Road up to cabin was difficult to navigate. (Could use a 4x4 vehicle all year round.) Bed was beyond horrible. Towels were the cheapest ‘gym’ quality available. DVD’s left by owner were pretty much terrible.
