We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7. This condo offers an upgraded vacation experience and is fully equipped with everything that you need to have a great vacation. The condo is located across the street from one of Maui's nicest beaches which is great for the entire family to enjoy swimming and snorkeling. Within walking distance there are world class restaurants, shopping, and golf courses. The resort has a 24 hour front help desk, internet access, and an activities desk.

To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Nice place to stay
The only issue I had was the master bath shower. Water spashed all over the floor due to the glass wall not being wide enough. Most of the towels smelled like a sour sponge after first use. The towels smelled clean till you dried yourself off. I did find a couple that smelled ok. Good thing they supplied us with more than 2 of each, hand, face bath.

So I have stayed in many different units. This unit was updated corner unit with almost private lania. Well stocked kitchen ,soooo comfortable bed! PMI is truly the best rental company to rent from as they are there on island. The bed is comfortable! I can't say enought positive about it. The only negative is the pricing has aggressively to a ridiculous nightly rate :( no return guest discounts, so do shop I find condos in kamaole sands at under $300 for Christmas rates and they are just as nice. If you can afford this unit book it ;) Teri

Maui Vacation 22
I have rented condos at the Kamole Sands for years and this is one of the nicest ones I have stayed in! Beautifully decorated and everything you need for your stay, right down to chairs, umbrella, and boogie board. The location is awesome with a beautiful view of the grounds and close to the pool and the beach. The end unit is also a plus with the extra window in the living room. We will definitely try to stay here again! Thank you!

It was immaculate and well equipped in all aspects - beach gear, cooking your own meals and for relaxation. The lanai is spacious, well furnished, private and with great views of the grounds. The location is very close to Kamaole III beach just across the road. The resort grounds are immaculate and very lush. The pool is a short walk and and very well maintained. One of the BBQ areas is very conveniently located just down from the lanai.We loved this condo and would definitely rebook in the future.

What we like most about this property was its location. Walking to distance to restaurants, groceries, and shops. Also a short walk across the street to a great beach. This year we had a unit booked through PMI Maui that was exceptional in every way. For our purposes it was the best unit we've ever stayed in. We never had to contact management about anything during our 17 day stay because the quality of the unit is top notch and nothing went wrong. We were very pleased to see that Kamaole Sands has emerged from the Covid pandemic in excellent condition and that PMI Maui has continued their excellent tradition of top quality management of their suites. We enjoyed the appointments of the suite and spent many enjoyable hours relaxing and dining on the very spacious Lanai with its lovely view of the beautiful landscape and ocean view at Kamaole Sands. We certainly hope to be back again next year.
