Big disappointment
Place was a dump and we had to leave. It wasn’t clean, mattresses hard, smoke alarm battery went off at 4:00 am, old clothing items left behind, light bulbs were out, concerned there were bed bugs. Expecting a refund as we checked in to resort. Photos were deceiving Huge disappointment.

property was adequate.
While the property served our needs, it wasn't a resort. It is part of the New Hotel Resort group, but it lacks any class. Basic, as advertised. However, towels were thin, beds crunched, linens flimsy, kitchen missing enough silverware and dishes for three people--only two wine glasses. On the other hand it's clean, bathroom is nicely upgraded, walls newly painted, and appliances good. Nice to be on the beach, but no chairs available for beach use. Pool area nice.

The New Hotel is wonderful!!! Beautiful views, nearby restaurants and miles of beautiful beaches. Add a 5 Start feel and it would be hard to ask for anything more...
