VERY NICE VILLAGE HOUSE 1KM FROM THE SEA

You want a stay in a stone town house, full of charm between Earth and Sea.
Come to Plestin les Grèves, in our house located in the heart of town with all the amenities dreamed of on vacation.
Plestin les Grèves benefits from an ideal location for real calm holidays, but also sports and cultural holidays 1 km from the big blue, near the Monts d'Arrée, between Lannion and Morlaix.
1km from the sailing school, for sand yachting, catamaran, paddle, kite surfing etc ... .., less than 5 km from 2 equestrian centers for beginners or advanced, 10km from 2 golf courses facing the sea .
Old Breton house, built in 1820, was restored in 2015, with a concern for authenticity. We kept the stones, the two large blue stone fireplaces from Locquirec, put the oak beams and lime back on the walls.
The house, designed for 8 people, with a terrace and a large enclosed garden facing south.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und besonders den wunderschönen großen Garten genossen. Zum Meer war es weiter als erwartet (ca. 2,5km).

Partager notre amour du coin des amis

Accueil et départ parfaits avec Jacques, disponible, sympathique et souriant. La maison est située à 2 pas du centre et reste très calme, surtout côté jardin (pas de voisins directs, ni de vis-à-vis... si ce n'est avec un immense parc). Bien exposée, coté sud, la terrasse était parfaite pour faire quelques grillades... Les chambres parentales sont traversantes (ceux qui dorment dans les combles doivent passer par les chambres du 1er) mais ce n'est pas trop gênant. Très agréable séjour, y compris pour notre petit chien, et adresse à retenir!

Jolie maison dans un centre bourg animé et commerçant

La maison était très propre, jolie et avec une terrasse et un jardin bien exposés et calmes. L'accueil de Jacques a été sympathique et parfait. Nous avons apprécié : la proximité de tous les commerces nécessaires dans un centre bourg animé (grands marchés), l'accès à la plage en 5mn en voiture et la beauté des paysages. Il faut bien tenir compte du fait que 2 des chambres ont un accès via les autres chambres.

Alles war super! Sehr schöne Gegend. Mit dem E-Bike konnte man gut die Bretagne vor allem die Küste.

Das Haus ist alt, aber liebevoll restauriert. Es könnte sauberer sein. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hat im Vorfeld alle unsere Fragen beantwortet. Toll!

maison lumineuse

Maison spacieuse et lumineuse, bien située à proximité des commerces . Son atout: une belle terrasse et un jardin fleuri ensoleillés. Un bémol: chacune des 2 chambres situées au 3e niveau n'est accessible qu'en passant ( grâce à une échelle de meunier) par une autre chambre (située au 2e niveau), sans porte de séparation ( problème d'intimité).

Ein toller Urlaub, ein schöner Ort...

Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht vom gemütlichen Flair des Ortes und den vielen Attraktionen während unseres Aufenthalts: Nachtmarkt, Feuerwerk, Wochenmarkt, Nationalfeiertag. Das Ferienhaus liegt keine 100m vom Ortskern entfernt, also mitten im Ort. Das alte und frisch modernisierte Haus verbindet altes Gemäuer und Holzbalken mit hellen Farben, vielen Fenstern und großen Räumen. Ein ruhiger großer Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein. Zwei gut ausgestattete Badezimmer und insgesamt vier Schlafzimmer unterm Dach sorgen für viel Platz. Ein toller Vermieter begrüßte uns freundlich und offen bei der Ankunft. Es gab sogar eine Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung. Das Haus liegt direkt an der Straße. Nachts sollte man die Fenster nach vorne schließen. Es sind jeweils zwei Schlafzimmer (übereinander im Dachgeschoss) mit einer Treppe verbunden. Cool ist eine Glasscheibe im Boden bei einem Zimmer. Da kann man eins der Kinderzimmer vom Flur aus einsehen;-) Die Region um Plestin-Les-Greves ist landschaftlich sehr schön und es gibt viel zu entdecken. In einer Woche konnten wir nur ein Teil der Region erkunden , deshalb kommen wir wieder.
